Average property with decent location. Rooms and amenities could have been much better. Shower cubicle had leakage through which, the whole bathroom gets wet whenever the shower is used.

« Busy hotel, clean room, crowded breakfast, useless air condioning. »

I always enjoy staying at your hotel but breakfrast is not a nice experience. It was way too crowded and for the money it costs I do not expect to be positioned so close to other diners first thing in the morning. I took breakfast in my room on the second morning because of this. Also, your air conditioning seems to mysteriously stop cooling the room in the middle of the night. It got so hot it was very unpleasant on both nights. This was with the aircon set to maximum cooling. And finally the shower water was not hot enough even on maximum temperature.

« Not at all 5 star quality, pathetic service and spoiled our vacation »

This hotel is not at all 5 star property. 1) AC was not working 2) Breskfast menu was same for all 3 days. 3) Other than lobby team, none can understand any other language. 4) I requested multiple times to fix AC issue, repair guy arued with me so badly. Finally we ended up using externsl fan in the room . ( Never happens in 3 star hotels too) 5) Billing team did a mistake and charged 150 Euro more to my card. Pathetic experience and spoiled our vacation.

« Stayed 5th to 7th June - Wonderful »

It is not easy to handle frequent business travel but the team and the Hotel at Paris la Defense make it all more palatable. It was my 4th stay there and the team is always firendly, the rooms always nice and the breakfast varied. As a runner I also enjoy the fitness center or run in La Defense. It is close to public transports and Quatre Temps Mall. Plenty of food options.

« Extremely pleasant stay at Pullman La Defense »

I usually stay in this hotel when I have to spend 2 or 3 days in our La Defense headquarters. The hotel is perfectly situated to let you forget you are in a business area and surprisingly calm inside considering the environment. The view is also amazing ! The last time I have been upgraded in a Suite ... Unforgettable, simply !! But all this is nothing compared to the unique experience of the personalized breackfast in the hotel restaurant well named Quinte & Sens. My only regret was to be there for the business. I will certainly experience it with family one day.

« The staff make it »

Excellent stay I normally stay at the Melia La Defense but will be staying at Pullman again 11th June. Room was good and breakfast was very good. A couple of thing could be improved, decor in room (610) needs a refresh chipped and scratched paint everywhere and the shower tiles were stained looking but otherwise the room was high standard. The restaurant menu is very limited and way too expensive. Notwithstanding those few points it's a very good Hotel and the staff are first class will certainly be staying again. Location is great close to metro.
