I tried to upgrade to suite, reception member told me it will be available next day. They didn't follow up with me, so i went 5 o'clock to check again, they said sorry we don't have an empty one, we will check again tomorrow. And no one contacted me to tell me that there is available suite, or to apologise for not having an empty one. Although from the first night i checked in 7-9-2019, they told me that suites are reserved for some conference and will be available next day 8-9-2019.

-THE HOTEL RECEPTION COULD BE BETTER . PEOPLE WERE OBLIGED TO THROW PAPER GARBAGE ON THE GROUND OR PUT THEM ON TABLES AS THERE WAS NO BASKETS. -THE FOOD IS GOOD -THE COFFEE SHOP ON THE BEACH HAS A VERY DIFFICULT ACCESS FOR FEMALES OR OLD PEOPLE AS THERE WAS NOWAY TO ACCESS EXPECT FOR A VERY SLIPPERY GRASS . -THE ROOMS ARE SMALL RELATIVE TO NEARBY HOTELS. - I WAS IN ROOM 123 WITH NO PRIVACY AT ALL, ROOM 125 TERRACE CAN SEE THE WHOLE ROOM. I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY NO PARTITIONS WAS INSTALLED BETWEEN THE TWO TERRACES. - THE TOILETS PREPARATIONS ARE EXTREMELY POOR, IN ONE DAY WE WENT TO BUY FROM THE SUPERMARKET SHAMPOO, CONDITIONER AND BATH GEL THAT WE HAVE HAVE EXPECTED TO FIND IN EVEN A THREE STARS HOTELS !!!! WE LEFT EARLIER.

Mercure hotel in ISMAILIYA is my favorite place , when I reached I was received by a very friendly staff, very helpful, smiling , doing their best to make the check in procedures very short and also Check out. The room is very clean and elegant, the resturant is very good with distinguished lake view. Shortly it is a very nice place to relaxation and enjoying vacation time.

The staff was a great and helpful, the required room was assigned. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- The quality of Lanshon (looks like a traditional brand, contain a lot of small fractures of bones) not meet my expectations make me have to leave it and just drink a Nescafe, also variety of bread (White bread not exist). At all service very good except the quality of Lanshon and fractures bones Other hotels bring very famous brands such as Halwani, Atyab, for sure the Lanshon served non of them. Hope next time to find better brand and have a full breakfast. Thanks.
