A nice stop în Szeged for going to or from western Europe. You will fiind the usual Novotel experience. Maybe breakfast need a little improuvement. Nice room. Excelent Wi-Fi . Clean bathroom, but there îs the need for some attention to details. Over all good value for money.

We have stayed here several times before and this stay was also excellent. It is a greatly managed hotel with highly professional staff. Our rooms were perfectly clean and comfortable. During this cold season, we have much appreciated the tea/coffee facilities provided in the rooms. The hotel is quiet, and we had a good sleep. Breakfast was delicious with various and tasty options.

« Nice but service has some features that fully ignore the needs of a reallife customer. »

WIFI: You can use the wifi after reading a memo about configuring thhee LAN and proxy settings. Regarding the competencies of an average guest, this is ansurd. One does not go to a hotel to learn how to configure network. The TELEKOM wifi does not work reliably even after being configured. RECEPCION: On leaaving I stood at thee reception counter, the lady did not say hello, she did not look at me or asked what I need, just offered me the invoice etc. Questions and interaction are needed, not only the receptiion processes.

« Good stay but not 100% what I expected from a Novotel. »

Your staff is always nice and helpful. Breakfast is good. Was disappointed in the condition of the room. Worn out carpet, paint chipping and wearing down, bed was lumpy and a little uncomfortable. Have stayed at Novotels often when traveling. This one needs a little freshening up. None the less, returning for a night this Friday.

« Everything good with only small issues. »

Nice and satisfying. Pleasant personnel. Room was airy and clear, nice view on the old part of the city and the river Tisza. Only issue was the overcrowded hotel parking and garage, without possibility to free park in the surrounding. Even that, the hotel management with its leader Mr. Nandor Ivancic, tried to make less annoying for us, compensating us an additional expenses that we had due to he parking issues. That is the perfect example how the hotel with its excellent management should work on the customer satisfaction. Besides that everything was perfect, including nice and colorful breakfast with variety of choices for everyone.
