I will rate the hotel as fair. My fridge was not working. I was not supplied with towel until late in the night. The TV channels are not clear I thinks there is room for improvemwnt

Guests should be communicated properly on the meal times rather that charge one that came a few minutes after 3pm for lunch eaten even though the guest didn't know the time had elapse. Room reservation was not properly done and i was placed in the wrong room.

I didn' t get what i ordered for, aple juice pack but orance juice pack was given ith out info but, that's ok

I enjoyed my stay at the Mercure Moorhouse Ikoyi starting with an exquisite reception when I checked in to the comfort and neatness f my room. The staffs were of great assistance and the meals were quite satisfying.

Overall very good experience. I loved the food, the Gym, the staff are very friendly. Areas of improvement 1. The door to room 204 needs to be repaired. I asked for a room change but no feedback was provided 2. The carpets were cleaned on the day I checked in and the after-clean smell stayed with me for 24 hours-maybe you should have a better schedule for cleaning the carpets based on bookings to give your guests a better experience. 3. In the long term, consider a better TV quality and offer more channels

It was good but i was not happy with having to call each time to bring towel to my room. Other hotels i have stayed the one who comes to clean the room, replaces whatever that is not there or goes to get it before he/she leaves that room. Twice i have stayed there, twice i have requested for towels almost odd hours of the night. That's a no no. Secondly, ants always present on the table in the room I stayed.

I checked in and realized there were no towels in the room. Callled downstairs and no one picked up the phone. After repeated tries finally got someone on the phone. When the towels arrived, they look worn as in old towels. Called room service for ice and it literally took close to an hour and had to call twice. I stay at a lot of Accor hotels but this one does not meet the standard

I enjoyed my stay except for some few things . 1. The carpet in the rooms and corridors are so old and disgusting - they need to be changed ASAP 2. Staff can be more friendly 3. Air conditioning system in my room was very poor

No towel in the room, no soap, no TV remote. No telephone directory in the room. In fact it takes hours before they could provide me with TV remote, by the time it was provided, I was already sleeping. I went to the restaurant though after 10pm, but was told they have closed. It was the second day my colleague told me i could have placed room order. If such option is available, I felt I should be told.
