Chambre accès handicap demandée on a eu 1 chambre à l étage où le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas (1 connecteur mis qd mm),le portail ne fonctionne pas il faut l ouvrir et le refermer à la main,draps brûlés par cigarette ,odeur de la chambre (cigarette) nauséabonde,sanitaires sales sur le palier douche inreglable et puissance nulle (pas de WC et douche dans les chambres).Bref 1 er prix certes mais vraiment 1 premièr prix de qualité médiocre. Accueil par contre sympathique

The staff had an unexplained agressive atitude, I was waiting 15 min at the gate, because they could't hear the bell, and I complained, and the men when I tried to call the police he said that he would break my phone. The lady said that they won't let as sleep there -we had reserved and paid- she said it is my hotel and I do what I want Honestly, after a long day at work, I don't need that... REALLY ACCOR HOTELS? ARE YOU SERIOUS?

Expensive accommodation for F1 out of town, difficult to get cab from and to Marseille.

Well located, staff were nice and Helpful - However, toilet and shower area were very dirty - Sink inside the room was very dirty as well.
