We booked and paid for the room in advance online. When we got to the hotel, we were told we had not paid. We paid again. I would like to be refunded both times for the inconvenience.

« Dirty, smelly room »

Very disappointing. The room was dirty, there was a terrible smell of cigarette smoke in the room, as well as a strong smell of chemicals. There was no duvet cover on the duvet. The car park was full of garbage and poorly lit.

Pleasant stay, helpful staff, great value for money. Free parking was a great service although carpark did not look very safe. Clean and nicely renovated.

« Noisy, main road intersection, inadequate parking. »

First problem was getting into the hotel if approaching from French/German border as you must drive past the hotel on dual carriageway then make a U-turn, return on the other carriageway, drive across a bike path into the car park at the rear - which was already full of large vans so had to park on road side. Receptionist was polite, helpful and spoke English! Thankfully our room was at the rear so noise from the main road not too bad - with window shut. The room was newly decorated and clean but not cheap at €47 for very basic accommodation.

« Overly hot room with poor beds »

Location is not the easiest to find but we worked it out. Main problem was the room was too hot to sleep in, holding the heat far more than the corridors. Couldn't leave the window open for security. Sheets didn't fit mattresses so beds were curled. Generally a bit poor and last time we'll bother.

Stayed in F1 hotels a few times for one night stop overs to break up a journey. We’ve always found them clean, comfortable and friendly. Room was very hot due to climate and no air conditioning.

« Worst experience ever had »

I stayed 3 nights. Restorations took place at the hotel during my stay. The workers did not clean up the hallway nor the stairs after they had done working. On my second day, the workers came inside my room without noticing me (!) while I was going at work. There was dust everywhere which I noticed to the manager. He didn't clean up the dust and left anything as is. The TV had lost all the channels that day and told the manager. He did tried to fix it but was unsuccessful and did not try to fix it while I left the room for work. At my arrival I had noticed that to room has not been cleaned up. The room was way too small even for 1 person. There was even not enough room for me and my luggage let alone walking to the bathroom or to the bed, without falling over my luggage. Even a dog wouldn't fit in such chicken box. The one and only window in that chicken box is not insulated against outside noises which led to bad night sleep. I would not recommand this hotel to anyone not even for one good night sleep.

« Worst hotel experience I have had »

I check in at 5.20 am after travelling all night. The neighbourhood in which the hotel was situated did not seem particulaly safe, nor did the carpark of which the secure entrance gate was broken. The room looked grubby but I was too tired to care about it all. I needed sleep as I was on my way to a sports event. Around 10 am I was woken up by a loud drilling sounds in the hallway which kept getting louder. I tried to ignore it for a while but due to the thin walls it was impossible to sleep. When I got into the hallway to check what as going on, I found a handyman was changing all the locks and door handles of the rooms in my hallway. When I politely asked him to stop, he told me he only had a few more doors to do which woudl take him half an hour or so. I then went to reception for help. They did tell the man to stop, which he did, but by then I could not get much sleep anymore as check out was at 12.00. Reception offered me a free breakfast which I declined. I asked for a refund for the night which was declined. Never ever again!

« Will never stay here again. »

Front desk was is rude and has no patience. Cleaning service is rude and thought I wanted to pick a fight. Showers are dirty and beds to hard. Wi-Fi was slow and renovation was happening in the morning.

The rooms we got didn't match the description. We were supposed to get two rooms with doible and single bunk bed (triple room). We got a double and a twin. It took a while. To sort a problem. The awkward thing was that we got a new room which was already occupied. The staff is not very friendly. Lot of dust on the floor, but linens were clean. No towels in rooms.

It was filthy, bad reception, the shower and toilets were very dirty and full of moisture, the bed were very unconfortable. Will never ever go back, the building sould but put to the ground and recieve a fresh start
