There were no water bottles available in the room. When asked for one, the hotel reception told to drink water from bathroom/toilet taps. Not the best experience in this regard.

The location of the hotel is great. Right next to the lake, a huge playground and Eat Street (lovely restaurants). The hotel itself is a bit tired. For the price of the stay, I would have expected a proper shower (not a shower in a bath). Most of the staff were friendly. A few could do with additional customer service training. The kitchen staff were lovely. Especially the lady who had loads of requests for cooked egg, and managed to get all of them done with a smile on her face.
