I initially booked it via Accor app over a couple of weeks ago and just a night before reaching the hotel, they cancelled my booking. I quickly called the hotel and the lady on the phone had a bit rude tone said they didn't cancel it and I have to call the Accor team. Upon calling Accor, the customer service agent tried to help and meanwhile I got a call from the hotel saying their system cancelled it and now they have my booking. Initially a bad impression. Anyways, it was fine. The location was good however, the room was quite small. Not enough to put 2 suitcases for packing purposes. Overall a fine stay for 2 nights. No kettle or cups in the room, you can have it at the reception with some added cost.

Polite and helpful staff, very good and varied breakfast, peaceful and clean room which gave us good nights sleep. Water taps for both kind of water to fill our bottels was appreciated

Well located, too small for a 3 person room

The location of the hotel is quite good for public transportation. The experience with the hotel staff was excellent. They were quite helpful. The room was quite small and congested for a 3 person room. Also, the room key cards seemed to have problems every time, so you had to go down to the lobby every time to fix them.
