Practically all aspects of the stay was good. The bed was comfortable, the room size suitable. Four points to consider: I couldn't adjust the room temperature; I couldn't stop considerable amounts of water going under the shower door and soaking the floor mat; one extra available power point at the desk would be great; it wasn't obvious that room service was available.

Squirtle Business - 17/08/2019 AccorHotels review

Room felt like a glorified broom closet. I raised concerns that the hot water wasn't sufficient in the room and it took three days to get this fixed. The shower was so small I could barely move, and I'm 170cm tall and 50 kg so I am not a large person by any means. Housekeeping came into my room twice despite the fact I explicitly placed the do not disturb door hanger on my door which is an incredible breach of privacy and a demonstration of an utter disregard for the people forced to stay in this miserable hovel. The rooms were some of the noisiest I have ever encountered in anywhere, and I have spent my fair share of time in temporary construction camps across the country. I could hear ever conversation in the rooms next door, was awoken every night multiple times by the plumbing and the rubbish truck pulling up outside in the morning. My nerves were at a wits end because anytime anyone opened their door near mine it sounded like they were coming into my room and as a young single business traveller did not need this additional stress in my day. The lifts are beyond slow and I cannot believe why anyone would ever return to stay at this hotel when their are reasonable options of a much higher quality in the area. I am very dissatisfied with every aspect of my stay, and because of a corporate travel consultant on a vengeance mission, I will be subjected to this monstrosity of a hotel yet again in the coming weeks but when I get back to Perth my manager will be getting informed that this is not an acceptable place to put anyone up going forward. Relating back to said noise issue earlier, the safety factor is something I rate very highly when picking locations and thus also being able to hear the fights, sirens and other below satisfactory types of activity taking place in the street kept me from sleep most nights because I had no confidence in the hotel's ability to prevent this from spilling over.

Friendly greeting, reasonably priced (but missed out on a better price by booking early). Great breakfast. Clean and comfortable basic room. Could hear an unattended clock radio alarm buzzing away, in another room, for some time quite early.

Luckily we were only in your hotel overnight. The cold shower and the tiny little piece of soap to have a shower with was enough to put me of ever staying in one of your hotels again.
