Disruptive Experience for Professional Bookings

Experienced a last-minute booking reversal by hotel management on check-in day, causing considerable disruption. The decision contradicted earlier staff commitments, leading to a negative impact on our event. Due to this unreliability, I advise against using this hotel for professional engagements.

We booked to stay at the Mercure whilst waiting for our new apartment in Fontainebleau to be painted and decorated. The work took longer than expected, and we had to extend our stay three times, this was accommodated by the staff very kindly with no problems and reduced our stress greatly. They also organised it so we didn't have to change rooms which we appreciated. On top of this great service the room, restaurant and facilities were excellent. The staff deserve separate mention as they were all exceptional, friendly and accomodating at all times. We really enjoyed our two week stay, it was like a home away from home. thanks to all, we will happily recommend to visitor coming to see us.

Very helpful staff good breakfast and good overall experience. I would say just that there is much more sugar choice than non sugar choice in the buffet menu but appart from this all good

We were really pleased to stay at the hotel. The staff were really pleasant and welcoming. The Easter egg hunt was a nice touch. The room was comfortable and clean. To improve the experience I would suggest adding some small milk capsules to the coffee tray. A place to hang coats would be useful too.
