This is not the best hotel to stay at for a business trip. No desk in the room, and very ordinary amenities eg. poor quality toilet paper, combined bath and hair gel, tiny piece of soap - could they not spare the expense for decent shampoo and conditioner...and that was for a privilege room, so can't imagine what standard room is like. Replace the tiny round table with a desk and improve the toiletries.

« The breakfast service should be improved. Too often there are no tables available. No mugs, no forks/knives, etc.. Tables not cleaned-up after use. The personnel changes a lot. »

On one of the days the heating may not have been working so I was in cold all night. The next day when the temperature outside was already too high the room service had set the room temperature to high too so when I returned from work the room was boiling hot. I did try to adjust temperatures by bringing the thermostat level down to 5 degrees but nothing worked. Around midnight I tried calling the reception few times but no one would pick up. I just stayed awake all night. So for two consecutive nights I did not sleep well and even after my return to England I am trying to recover from that sleep loss.

room was nice, quiet and comfortable and clean. Bathroom was also good. Breakfast areas was very crowded (around 7 am) and tables were not cleaned fast enough.

Check in and out takes to long (I know I can get fast check out but need the paper copy. Leak in the toilet is enoying (noice). When the breakfirst room is busy almost impossible to find a table for 2/3.

Clean room with timely service and restoration of used consumables Tasty and fresh food Friendly and high level personal Only unpleasant situation I experienced with slippers, as receptionist told me that standard rooms are not provided with it, only privileged rooms to be supplied slippers. To me it doesn't coincide with Hotel's status. Also, you should have been informed about my experience of Fraud, I believe Hotel can now, as a lesson learned, take some steps to have control measure in place burdening the confidential information flow.

« Was okay, could have been better »

when I checked in, I was allotted a room whose keys were not working. After shuttling between 9th floor and reception 3 times to try replacement card, it was found that room was non functional and was moved to another room. It took almost 30 mins to check in to the room after I got my first key. Also on the second day of the stay, boiled eggs were missing in Breakfast. People who don't eat meat already have limited option and few things they eat are not there, it does causes some inconvenience.

I had a refurbished room, which was great. But as always, the experience with the reception is not magnificent: they never manage to find my Silver card and link it to my stay, so I never collect points. + I always have to wait a long time before having someone look at me.
