There were two things that were problems. The air conditioning was noisy and not adequate. The breakfast (purchased separately on one morning) was outrageously expensive.

hotel is in very good location for city centre, both breakfast and parking expensive at 15 euros each. room basic but clean, and good staff. no tea or coffee in rooms.

« We had a very good time, and the staff at the hotel are excellent! »

The staff were excellent, helping us in many ways, including arranging transportation to the airport. The rooms are okay. They are too small and too crowded. It was also too hot, but that is not the hotel's fault. The city is very beautiful, and we had many nive meals.

« Value for money in central location. Great if you’re travelling with dogs. »

We had a very positive experience staying here. Booking was easy. Directions and parking information sent well in advance. Parking secure. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Our dog was made very welcome and given a welcome pack! Room was compact but had everything we needed and spotlessly clean. Bed comfortable. It was convenient that the hotel had its own bar. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on the food.

Bed sheets had stains on it which i never noticed until the following day which is completely unacceptable. Breakfast was nit what I would of expected dry and tasteless.

« A comfortable night with a good breakfast. »

The check in was slow with only one member of staff, but everyone was friendly and helpful. I misunderstood macaroni & cheese as being a vegetarian dish, but when I realised my mistake the bar/restaurant staff were quick to offer me an alternative meal. The breakfast was good. The only downside (out of the control of the hotel) was the noise of construction work at 7 am. I would hiwever stay here again - good value for money.
