The location was great. The staff was really friendly and helpful . Our room had nice view to the Saint Catherine cathedral. The bathroom could have been bigger but in general it was a very good staying !!!

We were so happy that the hotel had taken time to decorate and put a bottle of bubbly in each room . The thought was so nice, the staff friendly and welcoming

the room I had this time was fine with coffee facility and enough place. Bathroom is "compact" though. Employees from the desk, the bar and the cleaning-team, all were nice and friendly.

I usually book an Ibis hotel for my travels in European capitals. I wanted to to stay in St. Catherine because I felt in love with this area of Bruxelles and I found this Ibis which is very comfortable and well located. I will stay there again for sure in the future.

Nice atmosphere but the room was small and I did not like sleeping on a sheet covered with plastic

Apart from the above: I left my towels on the rack but they were changed anyway. I find that really bad "behaviour" - and almost greenwashing when you have signs in the bathroom that ask the customers to have a green behaviour.

Great service. I loved the breakfast buffet and the bed was comfortable and fluffy. The room was very clean and the bathroom had the perfect water temperature. The hotel was close to the city centre and to public transportation.

I traveled with my partner and stayed for three nights at the hotel. The service was fine and there weren't any major problems but out room was smaller than we thought it would be, with two single beds instead of one big bed (as we asked for), no useful closet and no lock. I think the room lacked some of the basic services and it was a quite small.

comfortable room, ordered food to our room so that was great, they helped me with printing some documents and getting a taxi, only issues was the lobby bathroom was out of order and extremely dirty

VERY HAPPY WITH HOTEL FACILITIES AND STAFF WERE EXCELLENT. ONE PROBLEM AS YOU MAY KNOW WAS THAT, HAVING BOOKED BY CREDIT CARD IN JULY, I RECEIVED AN E-MAIL FROM BOOKING.COM THE DAY BEFORE I WAS DUE TO STAY AT YOUR HOTEL SAYING THAT THE BOOKING WAS CANCELLED BECAUSE CREDIT CARD DECLINED. THE MASTERCARD WAS DECLINED BECAUSE MASTERCARD CANCELLED CARDS BECAUSE THEY THOUGHT SECURITY WAS COMPROMISED. THERE WAS MORE THAN SUFFICIENT CREDIT ON MY CARD. ANOTHER CARD - A VISA - WAS USED TO REINSTATE THE BOOKING AND I MADE THREE PHONE CALLS TO YOUR HOTEL TO ENSURE THE BOOKING WAS DEFINITELY CONFIRMED. HOWEVER UPON ARRIVAL I WAS TOLD THE BOOKING WAS STILL CANCELLED. FORTUNATELY, THE STAFF MEMBER WAS ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE US BECAUSE ROOMS WERE AVAILABLE BUT APPARENTLY THERE HAD BEEN A BREAKDOWN IN COMMUNICATION AT YOUR END OVER THE RE-INSTATEMENT OF THE BOOKING WHICH COULD HAVE RESULTED IN MY NOT BEING ABLE TO BE CHECKED IN. I AM GRATEFUL THAT THE MATTER WAS RESOLVED SATISFACTORILY BUT IT WAS INITIALLY VERY CONCERNING. AGAIN, I WOULD LIKE TO REITERATE MY APPRECIATION OF THE SERVICE ALL OF YOUR STAFF MEMBERS PROVIDED .

It’s close to city central but a bit far from Brussel Central station. Only thing I was dissatisfied is there’s no elevator to 7th floor. You have to take stairs from 6 th floor..
