Just average. Room was quite small so i am relieved there was only myself in it. The shower was poor, didn't get very hot and was not very strong. Also a little noisy.

There was a strange smell in the corridor and there was a problem with the lights in my room (119). The main lights came on randomly in the middle of the night.

« Just a Great Hotel in a Great Locatio »

This hotel is extremely well situated in that it is a 3 minute walk from the central train station and a 2 minute walk from the Grand Place - Brussel's main attraction. The room was huge by European standards and it has one of the best breakfast bars that I have ever seen. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful and the precheck in and checkout features made arrival and departure a breeze. I would not stay anywhere else in Brussels but here.

So convenient to get to Ibis from the train station. And a block away from the Grand Place. Laundromat only one block away. Everything we wanted to see was within walking distance.

When booking a premium room you get more amenities such as a a bottle of water, tea and coffee facilities and more. Then check-out time is at 12:00. If you need an extend it is will be upon availability and it will be 10€ extra charge per hours. It's a great location. 5 minutes from central station and 2 minutes from the grand place. It was pay at the hotel and they overcharged us ... luckily we spotted it and were quickly refunded. The gold member "welcome drink" was a bottle of "something" rather than the more usual voucher for the hotel bar.

Location is excellet, close to Grand Place and the Central railway station. Staff were very friendly, the lobby bar was convenient, breakfast was very good, rooms good size compared to other Ibis hotels I've stayed at, worth every penny of the hotel rate.

Hotel was great, in a great location just outside of the Grand Place. We went in and out of the hotel throughout the days we were there & each time we were greeted with a smile. The room was just what we needed and had all the facilities we expected. Only small issue was on a Friday morning that we were there, work was being done on the hotel & this started at 0800 which we felt was just a little too early.

« overnight stay waiting for train to London »

Once again I used this very convenient ibis Hotel location to coordinate my travels in Europe. The Centraal train station is less than a 5 minute walk from the hotel and then a 5 minute train ride from Centraal Station to Brussels Midi Station. The facility and staff met all my expectations.
