First, we used room service quite a bit, and the staff and the food preparation were outstanding. The food was always hot and well-prepared. The maids were especially nice given that one of us had had a medical procedure and they were very understanding and helpful, and always asked us if they could do anything else for us. The front desk staff and the bellman/greeters were friendly and helpful. The room itself was clean, well-appointed and ideal for us during this visit.

Our trip was great - we were warmly greeted upon arrival, valet was prompt, and housekeeping was timely and friendly. The pool could use an expansion, but, being in this area of LA, I was not expecting a sweeping resort, either. Would stay again certainly.

Upon checking in, I was very pleased with the service from the valet person to the person helping me at the front desk. The room was nice. I was not aware of the $45 valet parking per day which came to a surprised. I was in town for two nights due to my nephew being one of the “So you think you can dance” show contestants/finalist. It was just convenient because it was near the CBS Studio for taping. There were a few of us checking in this hotel. When I checked out on 9/1/2019. I was told by the lady who helped me that my balanced was $149.14. I told her I would pay cash for it. I gave her $200.00 and she gave me $51.00 in change. I thought everything was taken care of until o looked at my statement. On 8/31 there was a charge of $100 on my credit card assuming it was a deposit for the two nights. But on 9/1 when checking out there was another charge of $50.00. I’m confused why am I being charge on my card when I’m checking out. I tried calling the billing dept for 2 days and no response back. I’m a little bit frustrated because I just needed some clarification and hope that you guys can credit back my account. It was my first time at this hotel and I loved it. I’m hoping to return back in a couple of weeks. I would appreciate it if someone can contact me and take care of this matter. Thank you.

We had a lovely stay in Sofitel. From the arrival with Yuan (who was reactive to all of my requests and very nice) to the door staff everyone was kind and professional to us. The room was good and the bed is so comfortable ! We loved spending time at the pool.

My bathroom was dirty, there was a dirty comforter on top of my mattress where I slept, my room was very noisy (I kept hearing banging, then realized I was above service), there was no one to check me in when I arrived (albeit late, but then don't have check-in 24 hours), the staff was sometimes friendly / sometimes not - just overall truly disappointing.

Love the location and design. Impressed by the doormen, but very disappointed during checkout. I booked with breakfast included for my wife and I but was charged over $40 and they said it was my error and refused to honor. I went back and forth over email after with the gentlemen at the front desk and in the end I asked him for his Managers contact and he never got back to me.

Beautiful hotel. We stayed in the Presidential Suite on the 10th Floor and truly enjoyed our time spent there. We are from Vancouver, Canada and find many hotels in the USA state they are 4-5 star and when you arrive they are not. SOFITEL Los Angeles at Beverly Hills Hotel is definitely a 4-5 star hotel! Beautiful! The Breakfast Buffet and service is exceptional! Kids eat free (very reasonable!) The Service staff are extremely friendly, honest and more than helpful. Very clean room, no issues with items requested at anytime. Room Service (food) is excellent, presented well and reasonably priced. Swimming Pool is retro- style, but private and fun. Pool food and drink service was a bit lacking, but we didn't come to eat at the pool. Salt pool, fun, minimal people. I travel the world often and this is one of the best hotels I have resided in for a long while! I would highly recommend this hotel.

Dear Sofitel LA, The hospitality for patients like myself who go to Cedar Sinai is much appreciated. The staff is extremely friendly and the rooms are luxurious. (Incredible bed and the Bose Stereo is heads and shoulders above the norm for what comparable resorts offer.) The one area for improvement is the pool. It's totally out of place for such an exceptional resort. The colors on the walls look odd and cheap, the succulents were dead or dying, and the overall vibe was lacking unlike all your other fine amenities.
