That was the first time I went to that hotel and I really enjoyed. The employees are friendly and efficient. The hotel is well located, close to 2 big railway stations (gare de l'Est and gare du Nord). I made a specific request (to have a quiet room) which was satisfied.

Great location for a late arrival from London. Very friendly staff throughout stay and on welcome. Breakfast was a good range and well serviced and managed. Room was good size for three people. Room however was not particularly clean. Edges very dusty, hair in the bathroom sink and small packet of rubbish under the bed. Mattress very thin and not comfortable. Shower head adjustment broken so not able to push the shower head up for shower.
