Excellent location . Easy to reach from airport and to go to Messe . Very nice and helpful at the reception. Excellent breakfast. Room is OK , a bit to hot though. Dispite the station next door the hotel is quiet.

This is located in part of the main station at Dusseldorf-presumably converted from former offices. accessed from the staion square but also from station concourse with security access. Bedroom typically Ibis with basic but clean facilities including large TV and small toilet/showeroom. My room had no view but was quiet. The most obtrusive noise was from suitcases being wheeled on the corridors. Location suited me as was making various day trips by train-may be too busy a location for some. Didnt sample breakfast or bar but reception staff prompt and helpful.

No gold member welcome

I would like to complain how rude is your staff is. He is the Duty Manager of the day I check out. During check in I already asked for late check out and the check in staff told me the latest is 2pm. When the date to check out, your Duty Manager call and said I need to check out now which the time is 1pm. I told him I already requested during check in. He said he was there during check in and claimed I did not request and he did not heard I said it. He did not heard does not mean I did not request. Is it un future I need to record all the conversation to prove that I have make such a request? Over the phone I have an argument with him and at the end I do not want to argue anymore and I told him I will check out now and hang up. Within few minutes he come to the room with a security guard and said he did not like the way I talk to him. How would a Duty Manager said this to a customer?? Bringing a security over to my room like I have done something very wrong. He keep insisted what I said is wrong and he did not like that way I speak to him. Honestly speaking I also did not like the way he talk to me. It is totally unacceptable and I feel very intimidating as I did not do anything wrong to the extend need a security guard to escort me out from the hotel. I told him I feel you are racist and he further threaten to call the police as I do something very wrong or will cause harm to anyone. To me he is not treat me as customer but rather someone like a beggar which have went into the hotel to stay for free. Is this the way you all treat a member or a customer? During check in I already feel not being welcome. When I show the reservation number, the check in staff just so rude and told me without passport I cannot check your booking. As a Silver member I am entitled a welcome drink but this is not pass over to me instead I need to asked and I just feel like beggar asking for something to drink. During check out I am being treated like I am doing something very wrong. I personally feel there is some race discrimination as when they talk to local is all with smile and friendly. Is this the services provided by an international hotel? As you may see the previous record, I used to be Gold member of the group but have not maintaining it because I have reduce to stay as level the services have drop or becoming worst. After today experience I think I will even reduce further the amount of stay per year. Today experience is the worst of entire stay in this hotel group and I will try to avoid to stay in future.

The hotel is ok but there are no parking lot available. The staff were ok and help us when we needed. The breakfast is great and the hotel is pretty clean. The location is not so good. It is very important be clear about the facilities available (as landry services time and the parking lot avaliability).

We had to ask to have our room cleaned.

i stayed in room 316 at IBIS chateau landon , rue la fayette, Paris, on 9&10/09, the shower room was so tiny, could not have a proper shower, I will never stay in this room for my future arrivals at IBIS. I stayed in room No:410 at IBIS Hauptbahnhof, dusseldorf, could not open the door inspite of activating the rooms keys several times. Pls look into it.

Very good hotel, friendly staff and excellent breakfast. At check out my bill was presented in Euro. I entered my PIN for an amount in Euro but I have been charged in Pound Sterling adding £15 to my bill

However, we would like to give them back the 15GBP on their Le Club AccorHotels membership card in their case and offer them 500 LCAH Courtesy Points.
