Spent two nights here for a seminar. The staff is super friendly, food and overall impression good. I want to highlight something: I fell ill during the trip (not because of the hotel), and the whole staff was super friendly, passed on info about my status to other colleagues, so that they are informed if I need something. This was "the extra mile" in terms of customer service, and again want to thank the staff. Andrew, thanks a lot and to all your colleagues that unfortunately I do not remember the names of.
