Services immediately changed my room after I had a complaint with my allocated room. Location was easily accessible via public and hotel transportation. I would still feel, the rooms did not meet the standards given the price they command.

Double charged, No feedback, Frustrating

I had two stays in your hotels in March 2024. One from 27-28 Mar and one from 31 Mar- 3 Apr. Both bookings had been cancelled and rebooked. The latter was fine but not for the first one. For the first booking, I showed the booking number NDGDDKQC to the front desk when checking in. The process was very smooth without any enquiry. Payment was made by credit card during check in. After check out on 28 March 2024, my bank notified me your hotel charged me again for my stay. You were called on 29 March 2024. Your colleague confirmed over the phone that there was a system error in reinstalling the cancelled booking making two active bookings. The double charged was for the no show of one booking. She advised that refund would be processed and an email confirming the error had been received immediately. For your information, the booking cancelled is numbered MTKDCZTC. It has been almost two weeks since I received the email confirming the error, but the refund is still being awaited. Instead, a receipt/invoice of no show charge was received. In addition, no receipt/invoice for the stay has been received so far. Emails have been sent to H0… and H0… enquiring the status of the refund and what went wrong with the booking. So far, no feedback has been received.

We did not have a room or stay as expected. As one of the more expensive hotels, we got a very tiny room which is very old and needs renovating. There is no coffee, not even a kettle for water or teas, breakfast was 40€ extra. The bedding is not great and pillow very flat. In airport hotels the windows are supposed to be thick enough, but we slept right next to a runway so the noise all night was terrible even with windows closed. We could also hear until late at night doors slamming in the hallway and people talking next doors. The last time I stayed at the airport, for less than half of the cost, I got breakfast included, a bath, large room, extra blankets, coffee machine, fridge, etc. But luckily the Ibis staff was lovely, very helpful and friendly! So thank you to them.
