Good hotel. However, sometimes the smell of the sewage in the bathroom occasionally fills the room, there were occasions when I felt uncomfortable.

I enjoyed staying in the hotel, room and bed were comfortable however the beds were quite close together. Staff were extremely helpful especially the team at reception in the very early hours of the 15th of January, they helped me a lot. Food was good, breakfast was quite expensive however. Would stay again.

« Not bad BUT not satisfying »

The setting is beautiful. Love the layout. But cleanliness is an issue. Twice we had to ask for our rooms to be cleaned. I mean 5 o'clock in the afternoon and it is not clean yet! Secondly, I made a mess on the desk, and not once in our stay was it wiped clean. Staff is friendly, breakfast was nice, but our room was never 100% clean.

Hardwood floors and thin walls in a hotel are a terrible idea. Woman above me pacing in high heels on hardwood floor kept me awake for hours. Numerous hairs found in bathroom. Poor cleaning is inexcusable.

Nice hotel, close to airport. Bed was very comfy. Sheets feel like satin, perfect to rest before or after a long trip. Only thing to be aware of are valley hours for free shuttle service, could be a long wait on certain hours of the day, there is a timetable though.

« Good. Normal IBIS quality and service we have come to expect. »

Enjoyed the restaurant, and the Ibis service. KLM cancelled flight passengers crowded the bus, not Ibis's fault. KLM should have provided a bus of their own for their passengers. The IBIS staff coped very well with the situation. We enjoyed our stay and found the staff very helpful when ever we had a question.

Hotel environment is good and attractive but some of the guest attendant are not helpful to the guest. I am doubt with their customer service knowledge , the language they used it's really bothering the guest for sure. Front officer is the one to make me feel at home , need to change here. I am referring the lady who were in the priority desk during my arrival time and as well a guy who were in the reception in the same night. I left the key card for my colleague living in the 2130, I put the tag with his name but when he arrived the attendant told him that there was no any information for him while the key card was only on the table. That's was bad especial when a guest arrive late tired.

This is probably the best ibis I have stayed in. The bedroom was huge compared to other ibis hotels in Europe and most of the staff we encountered were willing to help (apart from one)

It was a very convenient place to stay getting to and from the airport. Desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The only thing that was odd was that the door for the shower only went halfway across.

I had 2 suitcases and 1 carry on bag. There were no carts or someone to direct me to a cart for my bags. I assumed that this was the Ibis way. Fend for yourself. The rooms did not have enough towels.

The reception staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. All of the necessary information was provided by them. The room was clean and comfortable, especially the bed, and there was no noise from the airport or other rooms. The shuttle service to the airport was frequent and the bus drivers very friendly. Thank you for a lovely stay!
