We took note of your feedback regarding the air conditioning which was not operational during your stay. The air conditioning / heating systems are managed centrally for the entire building. Thus, it is not possible to switch from one to another for a room only. Just like you, we were also surprised by the summer temperatures of the month of October. Bed was clear but furnitures in the hotel room were damged. In the corridors you could smell a bad odour. You should at least paint the walls. Ironing room was completelly messy and there was a very bad smell inside - there was a problem with the sanitation pipe in this room. The personel does not consider this as a problem. Generaly the feeling was a hostel not a hotel. I have seen much better Ibis budget than this Ibis.

I was very disappointed i paid for a double bed room but i got a room with two single beds instead Im which i couldnt even sleep properly i woke up with a back ache in which im still recovering from, inalso opted for a late check out and they ended up telling me that it wouldnt be possible for me to have a late check out and that if i wanted a double bed and late check out i should go look for another hotel which i thought was quite rude and there was only a very disturbing smell coming from the bathroom

The location of the hotel is very convenient because walking distance from Gallieni Metro Station. The teams at the reception ( day, afternoon and night) were very kind and professional.

Poor customer support at the reception. Difficulties in speaking English from the front desk personnel. Hotel overall dirty and in serious need of a renovation. 170 euro per night. Not the typical Ibis experience I am used too.

I have choosen this hotel because of the location. The hotel is not far away from a subway station. However, it needs to be refurbished. The room is an old room , not the same than standard from Ibis. The hotel is clean , the staff is helpful and the breakbast is good. It s not noisy at all , even if the high speed way is not very far.

The rooms were very very small. Not like a 3* as advertised. Ibis is a very good brand hotel. This is just not matching up to it. Also, if you have the rooms free, why not provide early check-in to tired guests complementary. All good hotels do that.

« It was not an experience I would want to repeat. »

The rooms were small - this was not unexpected. The disappointment came with the service levels. The staff was far from being courteous. It was like they were doing us a favour by answering questions. Along with the non customer friendly attitude - the competence level was also low. Although the hotel had taken a deposit from me (on my fully paid out room) for other expenses that I incur, I was told that I could not charge my bar tab to my room. This was sorted out after speaking with the reception. The communication from the team was not good at all - they were rather rude. This was unacceptable.

The location was great, breakfast was good but rest were not up to the mark. At 30+ degree Celsius, a room with no fan and AC not working (and will not work during your stay of 2 nights as confirmed by reception staff), is not something that you look for or advise others to choose. Cramped room without even a dustbin. Room was also not ready as confirmed earlier but that was not a major concern as we did not have to wait for too long. Overall, did not even meet the standards of IBIS BUDGET also.

I have stayed at various accor hotels past few years in different countries and cities. This Ibis Paris bagnolet is not upto the standards of accor. It's the worst hotel I have ever stayed in any city. Firstly the reception staff doesnot give any attention to you, they always busy with there own stuff and they hardly understand english. Rooms were full of dust on bedding. Accor promises to give new kind of improved bedding but this Ibis Paris bagnolet had old dusty bedding. The air-conditioning was not working it took more that 15 minutes for them to fix it for which they promise all problems will be fixed in 15 minutes. That's a lie. Upon checkout, when I handed over keys to receptionist his reply was "you can go" like I was burden on them. This stay with accor was very disappointing for me. I would like to compensated for it. Thanks.
