« Hottest Hotel Room Ever ! »

Even without the heating on and without the fan in operation, the temperature within the room was incredibly hot in winter. The window could only be opened vertically but not horizontally and even when the window was left open all night the room temperature was still stifling. Not very environmentally acceptable from an overall energy viewpoint. The rest of the experience was acceptable with a speedy check-in and check-out. A clean room and clearly well maintained. Breakfast and evening meals to an acceptable standard.

Very friendly staff as always. Very kind not to charge me for the beer from the minibar. Room was nice as always, but the way to get there (room 493) not very clean. Dirty dishes next to the lift.

Great hotel, very nice personnel!The front desk has been nice and helpful, including about what to do in the city. Hotel was very clean as well as the room. The breakfast was as I expected. Though we didn't spend too much time in the hotel, other than sleeping but it left a great impression on us! Our sheets, towels and surfaces of desk, counter and bathroom were all regularly cleaned during our stay.

I arrived at nearly midnight - usually a good test of a hotel - and had a friendly and organised checkin. The bar stays open till 1.00 am - so it's excellent that there is time for a relaxing drink after the journey. My room was extremely comfortable and breakfast was the usual well organised ( and excellent ) buffet. The dinner that evening was the let down. It featured a disorganised menu printed on individual sheets of paper - and an asparagus soup which was red in colour and was essentially a minestrone .... with lots of mixed vegetables. My waiter was embarrassed - and rightly so. The bar manager then tried to re-assure me that this was asparagus soup - without much conviction - and wasted his time. The chef in your kitchen is being "clever" and you need to stop this. I had a similar experience a few weeks ago with a Caesar salad : where the dressing was just mayonnaise : and was given the "story" that this was a proper Caesar salad dressing. These are kitchen basics : please try to get the chef "sorted out" : you are being let down.

We were upgraded to a Deluxe room which was great. On Saturday night, room service was not available and on Sunday night, room service was difficult to contact. It took us 5 minutes to finally connect to room service staff

The hotel is modern and comfortable. The restaurant offers a good selection of food, which is tasty albeit quite pricey for Polish standards. Breakfast is decent, and the waffle maker is a nice touch. We booked a twin room, which turned out to be one king size bed and one foldable bed / sofa. Still good, but it's not a real twin room. This was a minor detail though, all in all the stay was very comfortable.

Thankful to the hotel for allowing me a short "day stay" during an extended transit in Warsaw. It was very comfortable and restful. Overall a positive experience. On the negative side, the hotel is about 15 minutes ride away from the airport, by Public bus or taxi. The hotel shuttle operates at very restrictive times and not available to me neither for Arrival or Departure. Both the location and the shuttle service were not made clear and created disappointment and inconvenience. Otherwise all good.

Room was satisfactory, but the wash room seemed to be warmer than the rest of the room and so the temperature of the entire room felt too high. I had to keep the window open even though it was cold outside. So the room temperature was difficult to maintain. Food was excellent. No problems with food and presentation. Nice staff but when I would use the phone to ask questions or get customer service, most of the time no one would answer the phone. Bar was good, and service was excellent. Conference room and gathering area was good but there was a day when the conference tables were too close together which made it difficult to move; they were so close that I almost hit the water bottle behind me. The temperature of the room was good. Conference food and drinks were excellent. WIFI was slow. Too slow in comparison with other hotels. Gym/fitness center was good but too hot and humid !! Temperature control is needed. Also, the treadmills are appear old; many other hotels have more advanced treadmills that offer many options.
