the experience was very good because the hotel is organized and with ease of getting around. What needs to improve is the restaurant, the food is not good and the staff unprepared, and the carpet is very dirty especially in the common area of the hotel.

The hotel is ideally located with a two minute walk to tram services, the hotel staff are really friendly and helpful. Our hotel room was very clean with great facilities, very modern design. Lovely bar area with a great menu even had a five euro discount from hotel to spend. Had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to make our next booking .

Fantastic customer service, all staff were friendly and welcoming. Secure and clean hotel, with contemporary and comfortable furnishings. Very pleasant restaurant and bar staff, great choice of breakfast options. I ate twice in the evening and the food was delicious, the bar was also very well priced for a city hotel.

Loved the hotel. Such pleasant helpful staff. Was delighted to be upgraded, room was super, spacious, clean and comfortable. Really liked the 2 USB charging points by the bed. Breakfast excellent, catering for everyone, extensive choice. Highly recommended.

Hotel Room was Basic and sofa bed was left made up even though I was on my own! I also could not adjust the air conditioning unit so I was too hot in the hotel room. Not a fan of the paper cups for tea/coffee either.

Air conditioning in room was inadequate and nonexistent in corridors. No hair conditioner or bottled water in room provided. A mouse ran thru the dining area during breakfast. The machine coffee in the dining was terrible.

House keepers need a bit of training, "Do not disturb" was on and she still knocked on my door to ask if we need cleaning services or not. And, bottle of water was not given daily during our stay apart from the only one when we checked in the rooms.

« Beautiful Hotel and very polite staff »

Me and my friend recently stayed and the experience was really good, very comfortable rooms, quiet at night, 2 mins from the tram stop so very easy to find for us tourists. My only suggestion would be for the in hotel shop to take cash at night as not evertone always wants to pay with a card and ended up having to just use the vending machine.

« Issues with the rate charged »

I first booked a room at your hotel on 17th July for 1 nights stay for Tuesday 24th July at a rate of 140EUR (see attachment called "Original Reservation". On the 19th July, I contacted my company nominated Travel and Events Provider (Capita) to amend my reservation to start from Monday 23rd July for 2 nights. Capita contacted your hotel who firstly advised that your hotel was fully booked for the 24th July but then also said that the original confirmation that I received should not have been sent as there were no longer any rooms available at the standard rate of 140EUR. The Capita representative spoke to the Hotel Manager at the time who was adamant that the rate could not be given. I do not think that this was satisfactory from your hotel. If there was an error in your booking system then this is at no fault of the customer. In addition to this, I had the booking confirmation which your hotel refused to stand by. After a long period of debating with your hotel manager, my original reservation was cancelled and I was offered a Queen bedded room for 1 night for 369EUR and a new reservation was sent to me (see attachment called "Updated Reservation"). Once I had checked in to your hotel and went to my room I saw that it had 3 single beds in and it was not the queen bedded room that I was charged an extortionate amount for. I am a regular at your hotel and it is usually my hotel of choice. However, after my experience this week I do not believe that the behaviour and outcome was satisfactory and I am thereby seeking some form of confirmation to be reimbursed to the company that I work for.

« Conveniently located to convention center, but air conditioning was a problem. »

Overall, nice hotel, with polite staff but has structural issues. 1. No air conditioning in all hall ways. I was on 15th floor, and had sweat built up just waiting for elevator. 2. Elevator often would lose the signal of my floor and take me to zero level again, so had to be vigilant of dashboard to ensure that I could arrive at my floor. 3. Bathroom had no place to put toiletries. 4. No drawers for placing items. 5. Closet space for hanging clothes was minimal and iron/ironing board took up half of the space so had to leave iron and ironing board out in order to accommodate my clothes. 5. Front line staff very polite, but at checkout expressed dissatisfaction that they had to sign into their computer to check me out, because I did not use express check out. 6. Restaurant staff polite, but a dinner by myself that could have taken only an hour took over 2 hours with very few customers present in the restaurant-- while I was trying to meet some deadlines for work. 7. Great Breakfast buffet.
