From the receptionist who worked out a very good stay/parking deal to the restaurant manager and staff, to the one who checked us out and took us to the airport - all very professional - and a surprise to find a large chain hotel with such a good innovative menu - Pad Thai excellent.

Our flight into Nice was delayed with bad weather and we were very late. All your staff did everything to make our stay comfortable. Kitchen was closing but they managed to provide a meal for us which we were very grateful for. We had been travelling all day from Inverness in Scotland.

It was a very pleasant experience. The staff was very friendly and attentive, the room was really comfortable, big, clean. The only negative point would be the air-conditioning system and the fact that it is not possible to open any window.

« Perfect spot for an early flight »

Our check in was smooth. We speak English and can 'get along' (barely) in French, but were grateful for the excellent language skills of the desk attendant. After checking in, we went to return our rental car, and were picked up by the hotel shuttle. As we checked out very early the next moring, there was coffee available, and the shuttle came right on time. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant, and were as always, pleased with the offerings..

THE ROOMS ARE FAR TOO WARM, THE AIR CONDITIONING DOESNT WORK, I DISCOVERED IN THE MORNING THAT THE COLD AIR ACTUALLY WASNT COMING THROUGH THE MAIN ROOM VENT AS WAS COMING THROUGH THE BATHROOM EXTRACTOR !! ALSO YOU HAVE THE WINDOWS LOCKED THAT ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO LET ANY FRESH AIR IN THE ROOM.

Access to the hotel is rather confusing due to heavy construction work around, and poor signposting. Room was adequate for an overnight stay, and in line with what I expect in France (not the best / not the worst). Breakfast was very disappointing given that the restaurant opened at 5:00 am (I was told by the staff), but when we turned up at 7:00 the egg boiler was only lukewarm. Staff seemed much more interested in passing the time of day with each other than looking after your guests.

We needed to be able to walk to the airport terminal because of blockages by the yellow vests. The hotel was just a five-minute walk from terminal one which was perfect. The staff were courteous, friendly and efficient.

My 3-day stay was trouble-free in this clean, well-located hotel with excellent staff. Breakfasts start at 5am, which was ideal as I had an early flight on my final morning. There is a also a decent restaurant plus bar within the hotel. My 9th floor room was clean and spacious and I had a wonderful view towards the airport.
