And colleague and myself booked a room in the hotel. We were both supposed to be able to get into the room at 2pm. We arrived at 12:30pm. We were told to come back later, at 1:30pm our room would be available. When we came back at 3pm we were told that our rooms would be available at 4pm.... only after we complained we got a room immediately. My colleague had booked full menu for two people, he showed and mailed the booking confimation and showed it every single time we had breakfast, lunch or dinner. Nevertheless, the hotel billed every meal from his credit card and also drinks that had been paid in cash. We spent every day 1-2 hours at the reception to get things right. When I got into my room the bathroom was not really clean, there were several hair bands with hair hanging and lying around. The last two days the hotel was very crowded so that having breakfast was a disaster. There were first no cups for quiet a while. It was impossible to ask for scrambled eggs because of the long line etc. conclusion: If you want that everything works and you have other things to do than hanging around at the reception every day, then look for a different hotel

I booked 2 rooms for a family with 2 adults and 2 children before 2 month of our intended stay with Accor point and made a note asking for connecting rooms to avoid kids sleeping on the sofa beds. When I checked in , they gave me 2 separate rooms in different floors, when I asked for make this right they put me in a different room with sofa bed. The room was big, but the sofa bed was small, you would need a stool to get inside the bath tub to take a shower. Accor reservation is messed up, having a kids play area is not enough, think how you can make it easy for families. That said, I stayed in 3 Accor properties in the last year and will not be staying with Accor in future. People were warm, that alone will not make up for other issues at the property.
