Great unit. Very clean and renovated with views to the beach. Office and maintenance staff very helpful. Pools are wonderful for younger family members after being at the beach. 30 second walk to the beach is a bonus with great food at the surf club

We stayed for only one night... Our room was nothing like the advertised product; it was small, cramped, and furniture was heavily soiled and badly torn; it was disgusting! There was no room to sit as a family, despite being advertised as "having a large living and dining area..." as there was no dining area and only two very dirty chairs in the "lounge" area. The worst part, the stairs were an accident waiting to happened due to the landing angling down. Upon arrival, we requested a change of room and were told we would have to pay a $218 housekeeping fee. Thus, we are now awaiting a refund which has still not be confirmed, despite several emails.

Beautiful Pool/Filthy Room

The pool was the draw card for us. The grounds are very well kept, and the pool didn't disappoint. The room was filthy. There was what looked like black mould on thr air-conditioner fins, nearly 6months or more of dust and white fluff on a lot of the surfaces. The tracks for the bedroom sliding door were covered in months of dirty grit or dust. There was mould on the curtains and dark streaks of mould on the white dooner cover. Tie this with a cold reception staff member and we were left unsatisfied with our stay.

Stayed for 4 nights in a 2 bedroom unit. While the room was advertised as having air-conditioning (important with the hot Qld climate), the aircon was very old and so noisy that it was unusable. The main bedroom also didn't have a door but had a rolling partition without a handle that didn't close properly. Eventually was moved to a new room after 2 nights that had better air-conditioning but that room didn't have a dining table! Location was good, and if you like pools, the pool is nice, but the rooms marred the whole experience.

Bon accueil, résidence bien tenue mais appartement un peu petit.

Séjour de 3 nuits dans l'appartement 236, en rez de chaussé côté piscine avec deux chambres, en famille, membre silver. Le personnel a fourni avec professionnalisme et attention toutes les informations nécessaires à la résidence. Sur le descriptif All Accord de l'appartement il est indiqué qu'il mesurait 80m2. En fait il doit faire 55 m2 (sans la terrasse), ce qui est un peu juste. L'appartement 236 était impeccable niveau propreté, cela sentait même la javel à l'arrivée. Il bénéficie d'une plus grande terrasse que les appartements situés au-dessus. La cuisine est petite mais tout y est, et elle est bien équipée. Les 2 boissons d'accueil All Accord se trouvaient au frais dans le réfrigérateur, merci de cette attention. Un petit coin repas suivi d'un salon donnant sur la terrasse. Les chambres sont de tailles correctes mais souffrent d'un manque de rangements suffisants pour les vêtements. Le placard est petit et il y a peu de place pour les valises. Cela doit être compliqué pour les longs séjours. Il faudrait aménager des rangements dans le placard qui accueille le ballon d'eau chaude. L'appartement est équipé avec lave-linge et sèche linge. Une place de parking gratuite est fourni avec l'appartement. La résidence comprend une grande piscine lagon avec deux toboggans. L'ambiance est très familiale. On y trouve une salle de jeux, des jeux extérieurs pour enfants. La résidence est située juste en face de la plage surveillée, et des commerces sont situés à proximité (pizzéria, burger, fish and chips, restaurant, épicerie, ...). Une belle destination pour une famille.
