Mini-Zimmer, als Diamond-Member unverständlich !? Sehr lärmig, am nächsten an grosser Baustelle... unterer (2.) Stock... warum ? Keine Notiz vom Hotelmanager ... warum nixht ?

Firstly, we would like to clarify that you booked a standard room and were allocated the correct room type as per your booking. We value your membership with Accor and appreciate your loyalty. However, room upgrades are subject to hotel availability as stated in our terms and conditions. We treat all our guests equally and cannot downgrade another guest to accommodate upgrade requests. If your concerns were raised on the second day of your stay, we would have been more than happy to accommodate your request where possible. Regarding the noise from the construction site next door, we understand that it can be disruptive. However, property owners have the right to refurbish their properties. We have requested them to keep the noise to a minimum during their operations. We hope this clarifies your concerns. We strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer and your feedback is very important to us. We hope to have the opportunity to better serve you in the future. Toller Aufenthalt! Leider funktionierte Alexa im ganzen Haus nicht! Die Nespressokapseln wurden erst am letzten Tag aufgefüllt.

> das Hotel ist recht ruhig gelegen / the hotel is in a quiet location > die Mitarbeiter sind nett und freundlich / the staff are nice and friendly > der schöne Hyde Park ist 5-10 Minuten entfernt / the beautiful Hyde Park is 5-10 minutes away > U-Bahn und Bus sind 5-10 Minuten entfernt / Tube and bus are 5-10 minutes away > das Frühstück gibt es im Restaurant neben an und ist erstmal untypisch für ein Mercure Hotel, aber gut/ the breakfast is served in the restaurant next door and is atypical for a Mercure hotel, but good > die Zimmer sind nicht sehr groß, besonders im Bad fehlen die Möglichkeiten zwei feuchte Handtücher aufzuhängen / the rooms are not very large, especially in the bathroom there are no facilities for hanging up two damp towels > das Hotel hat anscheinend noch Holzdecken, wenn im Raum über uns Personen gelaufen sind, dann hatten wir gerade Nachts das Gefühl, dass diese Personen durch unser Zimmer laufen / the hotel apparently still has wooden ceilings, when people walked in the room above us, we had the feeling that these people were walking through our room, especially at night > wir hatten ein Zimmer zum Innenhof, dort befanden sich jedoch sehr viele Abluftrohre mit den entsprechenden Gerüchen / we had a room facing the inner courtyard, but there were a lot of exhaust pipes with the corresponding odours
