Das Haus hat größtenteils den Erwartungen entsprochen, leider hat es in unserem Stockwerk (12) zeitweise etwas unangenehm gerochen und der Putzdienst war nicht immer gleich gründlich. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich, das Essen an der Bar ausgezeichnet.

Bei unserer Ankunft, abends im Hotel, wurden wir, eine Bekannte ( getrennte Zimmer ) und ich, mit einem herzlichen Lächeln und sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitern empfangen. Man hat uns sehr gut angewiesen. Unsere Doppelzimmer waren mit Meerblick. Meine Bekannte im 7. Stock, im Nichtraucher Zimmer und ich im 6., Raucherzimmer. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und bieten viel Platz für 1-2 Personen. Modernes Bad, sehr bequemes Bett, tolle Aussicht auf das Meer, Mini-Bar ( kostenpflichtig ), Kaffee, Tee und 1 Liter Wasser und größeres Safe, kostenfrei. Leider waren die Teppichböden sehr befleckt. Die Zimmer wurden sehr gründlich gereinigt, die Betten sehr ordentlich gemacht. Leider keine Toilettenbürste und auch keine Haken für das Handtuch in der Toilette. Die vielen Aufzüge sind nur von Gästen und nur mit der eigenen Zimmer-Karte zu nutzen. Das fanden wir eine sehr gute Idee und vor allem eine zusätzliche Sicherheit. Man mußte keine 10 Sekunden auf eines der vielen Aufzüge warten. Die Innenarchitektur, die Bar und das Frühstücksbuffet sind ein Hammer. Einsame Spitze. Wer das geplant und in Auftrag gegeben hat, dem gratulieren wir. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren gerade vom Personal sehr beeindruckt. Alle Mitarbeiter sprechen neben Türkisch auch Englisch. Gerade aus diesen vielen Eindrücken können wir das NOVHOTEL ISTANBUL sehr empfehlen. Außerdem bietet das Hotel täglich mehrere, kostenlose Shuttle Services zu den wichtigsten Haltestellen an, so daß man in wenigen Minuten in der Nähe der Orte ist, die man sehen sollte. Bestellte taxis kommen in der Regel innerhalb von 1 Minute. Die Taxi-Preise sind für deutsche Verhältnisse sehr preiswert und bei mehr als 2 Personen lohnt es sich allemal. Zum neuen Flughafen ca. 130 TL ( 20,- € ). Der Swimming-Pool im Innenhof wurde auch jetzt im Mai bereits täglich genutzt. Durchschnittstemperaturen tagsüber bei ca. 26°C grad. Zum relaxen, sonnenbaden, erfrischen und/oder mal für eine Pause zwischen den Besuchen in der Stadt, super geeignet. Es liegen Handtücher, Schirme und Holzliegen, die man kostenlos nutzen kann. Die gesamte Anlage mit Blumenbeeten, Palmen, Büschen und Pflanzen sind sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber. Das Menu Essen im Hotel Restaurant ist sehr überschaubar und die Portionen etwas klein. Leider nur 3-4 türkische Gerichte. das ist zu wenig. Leider auch kein Angebot an Sandwiches, Kuchen oder ähnliches für den kleinen Hunger zwischendurch. Tolle Restaurants aber auch in Zeytinburnu. Zum Beispiel das TANRIVERDI oder das BODRUM MANTI EVI im Marmara Forum ( Obergeschoß ). Taxipreise zu beiden Orten hin-und zurück ca. 30,- TL ( 3,70 € ). Wir möchten uns hiermit nochmals bei allen Mitarbeitern und Angestellten nochmals herzlichst bedanken.

Die Badezimmer Waschbecken könnten sauberer sein. Jedes Zimmer sollte unabhängig von der Zentralenheizung, die Klimaanlage selbst regeln können.

Die Zimmer waren viel zu warm wegen der Zentraleheizung. Wir könnten die Klimaanlage nicht zur Kühlung benutzen. Das Schlafsofa für die Kinder war sehr hart und viel zu klein.

Geschäftlich mit einer kleinen Gruppe waren wir Gast in Istanbul und sehr gern im Novotel. Alles war super, nettes Personal, super Frühstück, guter Fitnessbereich. Schade nur, dass sich die Temperatur im Zimmer nicht regeln lies, ich dadurch mit offenen Fenster schlafen wollte - was dann wiederum durch die direkte Lage an der Straße etwas laut wurde.

Aufgrund eines verspäteten Fluges bin ich im Novotel gelandet und habe dort 2 Nächte verbringen dürfen. Das Essen ist super und man hat nichts auszusetzen. Bis zum Flughafen ist es auch nicht weit mit dem Taxi und das Personal ist sehr freundlich und versucht alles möglich zu machen. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder in dieses Hotel fahren.

Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Mobiliar im Restaurant verschmutzt. Polster voller Flecken. Mobiliar ist für Restaurant ungeeignet.

Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war Super und hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Daher sehr empehlenswert!

Für 4 Nächte gebucht. WC und Dusche sollten modernisiert werden. Die Nassräume machen keinen guten einen Eindruck. Auch das Zimmer hat zu wenig Stauraum für Kleidung, bei längeren aufenthalten.

Zimmer in der 4 Etage Kein Internet Empfang >>> Negativ Tausch des Zimmers . Neues Zimmer 11 Etage >>> Positiv Internet Empfang im neuen Zimmer vorhanden >>> Positiv Zimmer im 4. Stock stark verschmutzt. Teppichboden mit vielen alten Schmutzflecken. Zimmer im 11. Stock (neu renoviert) Sofa stark verschmutzt. Teppichboden in beiden Etagen stark verschmutzt. Frühstücksbüfett am 25.10.2018 sehr geringe Auswahl Frühstücksbüffet am 26.10.2018 ausreichend wie immer im Novotel

Von der Lage abgesehen, ein sehr gut geführtes Hotel Zimmer,Restaurant sehr gut Shuttle Service immer Pünktlich und eine Timetable der den Tag abdeckt
