Service war gut und unproblematisch

Wir übernachten öfters in Ibis Hotels, aber noch nie so schlecht. Allgemein ist das Ibiskonzept an den Farben zu erkennen, aber das war es schon. Zimmer extrem klein, aber das wussten wir an Hand der Beschreibung im Vorfeld. Allgemein war das Zimmer jedoch extrem abgewohnt. Im Bad war Schimmel an der Decke, die Duschbrause war defekt und Handtücher hatten Flecken. Zudem ist das ganze Hotel hellhörig. Ob das Baby im nächsten Zimmer, die Klingel des Aufzugs oder die Putzfrau ab 8 Uhr morgens ist alles zu hören. Ein erholsamer Schlaf daher nicht gegeben. Wir würden das Hotel keinem empfehlen und auch nie wieder buchen.

Das ibis hotel hat nichts mit der Qualität zu tun, die man in Deutschland bei ibis erwarten darf. Ich brauche. Kein Luxus, aber man darf schon erwarten, dass das Badezimmer sauber ist und dass das Zimmer nixht muffig riecht.
