Generally good stay but the staff at check-in was a bit rude. I was also given the furthest room on the floor, which had a window facing the carpark. So it was quite bright at night even with the curtains closed.

Great location, comfortable bed!

The location was really great, across the road from the office and close by to the shops and restaurants. Room was clean, spacious and bed was comfortable. My only complaint was the pillows (but I am fussy) and there was a smell in the shower but after talking to some locals, it may just be the Adelaide water.

I had never stayed at a Pullman and I was pleasantly surprised of the quality of room, services, food and friendliness of the staff. Aside from one morning where the restaurant may have been understaffed and a staff member was a bit "short", everything else was great. I would be very happy to return to this Pullman and to recommend it to others.

Disorganized check-in TV needed to be corrected. Food at Platinum Lounge needed to be replenished at the sauce/yogurt containers kept filled. I stayed at the Hilton Adelaide for the two nights prior as a non-member and the service, rooms, and price were far cheaper. They provided bottles of wine, and chocolates.
