The lively vibe of the hotel helps me forget about work stress; from the beautiful view to all the activities they offer! And Amro from exclusive sports club was helpful and I enjoyed all the program. Thank you so much for the exceptional hospitality

We had the best week’s stay in Abu Dhabi at Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island - would totally recommend for families! We booked our A La Carte restaurants at the start of our holiday for the week and didnt have any trouble getting booked in. We also booked the Tepinyaki show which was great, my daughter loved watching it even though she didn’t like the food! Staff were so friendly!! I didn’t find the excursions guy overly helpful and found he was hardly ever at his desk. Had an issue with the F1 Circuit Tour that it was cancelled and he didn’t let us so know + we only found out when we got to the track. Fortunately the team there were SO HELPFUL and helped us get back to the hotel and couldn’t have been more apologetic. Beach and pool were great, no problem getting a bed at the beach but could be tricky to get one by the pool in the afternoon. Would also recommend Warner Bros and Emirates Zoo, we did the breakfast with giraffe experience which was amazing.

This was by far the best holiday resort we have ever stayed at. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, it was an absolute pleasure to stay here. We stayed for 9 nights in a family suite garden view on the 3rd floor.. The room was very spacious and had a double balcony. The view itself was amazing. We were able to see the aqua park and the wave pool and the sun shining into our room every day from that side. The resort grounds are immaculately maintained. We enjoyed all of the facilities and the kids also loved the Rixy club. The pool areas are just amazing, and we spent most of the day by the main family pool. Absolutely loved the call button by each of the parasols whenever we wanted to order a drink or ice cream and the service was pretty good. The beach area was good too. Never was it crowded, plenty of beds to choose from too. Credit to all of the staff working there, you are all amazing and we couldn’t have had this experience without you. Special thanks to Marc (reception and our personal assistant), always there with a smile and to take care of any of our needs, Mae (restaurant), thank you for making our dinner experience so special and the kids just love you, Dr. Michael (mixologist), Rixy club staff for taking care of the kids ( our twins had a wonderful time with you). What else can I say about this wonderful resort. I could go on for ever but rest assured this is a beautiful place and we will definitely be returning again.

Special birthday for the kids !!!! Really enjoyes the hospitality plus great service from all the staff members. Great food amd lots of choices specially if u want to enjoy multiple cuisine. Beach is amazing and lots of activities all around the resort WE ALL WILL BE BACK SOON !!!
