It was my 3rd visit this year in this hotel and I didn’t wanna leave each time😍. I visited 23 countries and stayed many hotels but as stuff wise number one hotel in the world. I’d like to appreciate again to Natalia, Arseniy and all other front office team

Andrey(host) and Nikita(front desk) made our day. Best welcoming introduction and free early check in. Room is clean and fresh with included mini bar. Hoping rest of our holiday would at the same level. Many thanks to the team and happy new year!

ROOMS: very spacious and bright. Big and comfortable bathroom with a shower. Everything is very clean and cozy: bathrobes, slippers and small everyday staff like vanity kit are provided for guests. Soundproof is good, but sometimes you can hear some noise (not so loudly). We found some welcoming fruits on the table, which was very nice. There are also rooms with the view on Isaakiy cathedral. LOCATION: excellent location right in the city center, 2min walk to Isaak cathedral. FOOD: good and nutritious breakfast is included: eggs, vegetables, fruits. Cereals, fruits and different drinks are available for breakfast as well. FACILITIES: good and fast wi-fi, terrace with a view, restaurant, gym and spa, business center. There is also ATM machine inside the hotel and you can use one of the hotel’s umbrellas when it rains. STAFF: very polite and helpful.

I wanted to share my feedback about my last stay at the SO. I had several drinks at the bar of the hotel and I was very surprised and amazed by the bartender German who made the effort to speak to me in French. He really tried his best to impress me and he actually did! All the team there is always trying to please you and the reason why I would only stay there is because of the employees who always try to make the extra mile to make you feel comfortable far away from home! Well done
