Recepcionista do segundo turno.

Existe uma recepcionista do segundo turno, que é extremamente arrogante. Assim que fiz meu check-in onde foi pago o valor total cobrado, sai para jantar depois de um dia de viagem cansativo, quanto retorno, a mesma me proíbe de acessar o meu quarto, me dizendo que havia um débito de ISS do qual a mesma se esqueceu de cobrar junto às diárias. Outro ponto, foi o extravio de uma bermuda minha, quando questionado, fui tratado como 171, pedi para conferir nas câmeras, pois estava com a mesma no saguão. Alguns dias depois apareceu a dita cuja. Não feliz com às situações, a mesma recepcionista, no dia de meu check-out, me cobrou quase trezentos reais a mais de consumos internos. Provei que ela está agindo de má fé e mesmo assim ela foi irônica e ríspida. Ou seja, tirando essa pessoa que não teve um treinamento adequado, tudo certo.

Hotel maravilhoso e com atendimento muito caloroso. Café da manhã farto e com bastante variedade, muita coisa de produção própria. Destaque a regionalidade do restaurante. Quarto espaçoso e muito funcional. Parabéns a gerência pelo estabelecimento.

DIRTY BED AND DIRTY SHEETS´S BED

I am very disappointed with the cleaner (room maker) because the sheets´s bed there were dirty when I went to sleep. I tol then recepetion desk about the problem on the day before, when I tiurn back to the hotel on the evening I realize the bed was still dirty... Of course I change the room, but what a DISASTER against the customer! I told there was dirty on the bed and they keep the dirty for me to next evening!!!!! Congratulations ! Nice actuation´s hotel! Giving a dirty bed for 2 nights to the customer!

Scary Location - Terrible Quality - Very Disappointing

We are regular customers of the Accor chain of hotels. For the first time, we were extremely disappointed by Accor. This hotel Maracanau is in a very scary location, literally, We cancelled our reservation of 3 nights after the first night due to the very scary location. Second, the quality of the hotel is not "styles" quality. I believe that the quality is not even Ibis. And, the quality may not even be Ibis Budget. THis hotel is a disaster and we are very disappointed with Accor.

I spent a night at this hotel with my crew. It was a great night. Very new hotel. Lovely room setup. Free WiFi and just a basic breakfast. Long distance drive to the airport. Everyone was very friendly. Mostly no English speaking receptions but they were very helpful.
