Nice brand new hotel, spacious room, generous breakfast included, big parking available. A sauna & jacuzzi with a gym on the roof top, amazing view but could do better by fixing some small details like the handle & the water on the jacuzzi floor

Our third year here using the hotel as a base for visiting the local ski resorts. Rooms were clean but could use more storage if you are there for a week plus. Comfy beds, hot powerful shower, clean towels. Easy safe parking. Excellent breakfasts with lots of choice and plentiful supplies. Hotel staff were helpful as our itenary changed with ski conditions. The hotel director runs a tight ship and the cleanliness is exemplary. Hotel staff were helpful. Great place to stay.

كل شي في الفندق من نظافة الغرف والعاملين في الاستقبال كانت ممتازة ولكن هناك بعض الاشياء التي لم تتوفر بالشكل المطلوب وهي خدمة الغرف وحمل الحقائب وايضا الفطور متواضع وفي احدي المرات طلبنا من العامل علي تنظيف الغرف بتنظيفها ولكن تفاجأنا بان التنظيف كان للحمام فقط والغرفة لم تنظف والفرش لم يتم تبديله وكان كما هو عند مغادرتنا وهذا بالطبع ازعجنا وكانت في يوم 12/9/2022 غرفه رقم 215 وشكرا لكم

I have been visiting France for many years and I LOVE the country. I favour the south because of the amazing weather and because it is close to Italy and to Spain but I have visited many towns and cities over the years. This hotel in Sallanches is excellent for travellers and in the same large area there are two Ibis Hotels and then loads of shops and bars, all near to a large Carrefour super market. The Style is lovely and has some covered parking which is GREAT when travelling by motorbike. Rooms and the bar are great. So what is not to like? Er. The staff. It seems from my experience that the French people are NOT good at serving and helping other folks, period. Last time I met with the Manager and he was sooooo kind, he moved his own motorbike to make space for mine. BUT the folks who work for him in reception are the opposite, they really do not seem to want guests!! The first TWO times I walked into reception with helmet and waterproofs they tried to direct me to the Ibis Budget, so I am a Budget kind of guy???? Awful. BUT the hotel is excellent. Despite them.

We arrived late and left early so did not have much experience of this hotel but what we did experience was good. In terms of ibis styles individual design this hotel's was lovely and imaginative, with a great Alpine/alpinism theme. The rooms were comfortable and pleasant. The breakfast was very nice too. The staff were very friendly. There is secure parking shared with the ibis budget next door.
