Even though there is no swimming pool and gym but I love this hotel. Quite and clean, reasonable price and space, especially Alice's omelet in the breakfast. I like her smile also. I hope many people have good experience in this Grand Mercure. 🙏💓💗❤️💕

A true 4 star hotel with everything you need in a great location. Great staff too. It's missing the amenities you would find in a 5 star hotel so not 10/10 luxury but a true 4 star and I had a very enjoyable stay. The gym was closed due to the building work but you could use the gym next door which was a god send.

Poles three nights here mid stop in South America. Hotel located at one end of Copacabana. Checked in late and went straight to room. Woke up and asked where the pool was to be told the Pool closed and had been for months. Didnt see any notification of this anywhere and our travel agents knew nothing about it too. Building work in building and next door woke us up just after 7:30 am. Ended up moving hotels with one with a pool as that’s what we wanted. Much nicer hotels along the beach too.

Hotel room and breakfast is good. Room is spacious the team are very friendly and hospitable. And the breakfast Alice did a very good omelette she even cares to have a separate pan for those who don’t don’t eat ham/meat in the omelette which was exceptionally good point

The room is spacious and the breakfast selection is great with Alile making a nice omelette for me. The bed was lovely and totally soothed my body during this tiring trip on business. I would certainly be here again on my next trip. I would also recommend friends to come.
