I actually stayed at Angsana Laguna Phuket during a regional business trip and was absolutely made to feel at home by the caring and warm staff here. My special commendation to Big Sister (aka P') June who was extremely friendly and attentive. I always looked forward to seeing her everyday of my stay and appreciated her sunshine smile and kind words. Hope to return to Phuket and meet these wonderful people again.

Amazing service done by the team in market place especially June ,Ploy, Rin and Mali. They were really helpful and their lovely behavior and hospitality was a memorable experience for me .Hope to see such kind of staff for my further stay.

The experience I had in the Ansagna Laguna is amazing. It started from the reception by Ms.Ploy and Ms.Mali they were smiling and kind. Moreover, the buffet includes so many varieties of the food; from proteins to vegetables and fruits,etc. All staff were kind and helpful in case you need anything and the most important is the smile . Madame June and Mr.Rin have also did an amazing job by organising everything and making sure everything goes smoothly. A big Thank you for the team and for sure I will come back!

This is my third time here, and I really like the hotel and the restaurant for breakfast. All the staff here are very friendly and welcoming, especially June. They gave me an amazing stay experience in Phuket. I will definitely recommend my friends and family to this place, and I am sure I will come back again.

Gorgeous resort ; on resort dining is lovely ; quiet pool is a real bonus ; staff very helpful ,attentive and polite ; need to go offsite to keep the interest up ( for me anyway) ; the resort is huge - you have to get a shuttle bus or ferry across the lagoon to go to the shop which isn’t the best ; another shop in the vacant premises across from the gym would be ideal ; beach is fantastic ; the whole family loved it and it was very , very nice , but I’d probably choose somewhere smaller and closer to the locals next time
