We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Palladio in Buenos Aires. The service was top-notch from the doormen, to the concierge, to the desk clerks, to the servers in the restaurant and bar! I was so pleased that we had a balcony off our room overlooking the park below. We were greeted with a few perks due to having stayed in several of the Accor Hotels, such as a complimentary drink, some extras at lunch, etc. The desk clerk arranged for a car for us to take to one of our tours because it was pouring rain. He also recommended an authentic Argentine restaurant where locals go which was amazing. Another helped us get tickets to a fabulous Tango show & dinner, and again arranged a driver for us. We felt very well cared for! The room was spotless and the beds were very comfortable.

A five star experience in a five star hotel

A 5 star hotel that is really a 5 star hotel. The rooms are very comfortable, very quiet, the best mattress, AC/heat that worked perfectly, the best shower imaginable, a deep tub. The bar was excellent. The restaurant is excellent for breakfast (which is vast) and dinner which was amazingly good. We stayed for 9 days.

I chose to stay at Palladio Hotel Buenos Aires for 5 nights for my vacation because of its central location in Recoleta. This is my very first time in Buenos Aires. We selected this hotel because of great reviews, and it guaranteed two separate queen size beds and rooms have balconies. Because our flight from the U.S. arrive early in the morning we didn’t expect to the room ready on arrival which was around 11am. Check in time starts at 3:00pm, and we were lucky since the hotel had 1 room available for an early check in. We were super happy because we had traveled for 20 hours to get to Buenos Aires. The room is very spacious, very well appointed, with a large balcony, where you find two chairs and a coffee table, overlooking a beautiful park and the city. The balcony has a large mirror-wall separating you from your neighbor, you never see them. The room has modern amenities, oversized bathroom, and lots and lots of closet space! Of course, it has a mini fridge, stocked minibar, a safe that fits a laptop with a power outlet (details), an iron and an ironing board. The room also has 2 arm chairs and a table. I do have to say that the hotel staff is available to you 24/7 and will work with you to make sure you have an amazing stay. They really are passionate at what they do. A few names I’d like to mention who stood out during our stay: Valentina, Sash, Eduardo, Matthias, Diego-concierge, Fernando, Thomas, Mauro from the spa, the restaurant (Agata, Angel, and others) and bar staff - everyone is there works very hard to make sure the guests are happy. The food in the restaurant is delicious; we had breakfast, lunch and dinner. I really appreciated how everyone took care of our stay. I cannot wait to return to your beautiful city again sooner rather than later. Thank you! 🙏🏼

Loved our stay here! One of the few hotels in BA that had two queen beds for a family of four. Central location walking distance to most tourist attractions and great neighborhoods. Staff was super helpful. Before the trip they recommended a handful of restaurants by email. Our room wasn’t ready (we were very early) and they let us use the spa facilities to shower and change. Would stay again!

Totally recommended.

Incredible one of the best customer service I ever had in Buenos Aires. The restaurant had everything for you. Meals are wonderful my plate was the specialty of the house and I could cut the meat with a spoon. ( Literally) It was delicious. I would always recommend it.
