Great location, nice fancy room, clean room, nice bathroom. The staff Ms Sunny very very very good staff, she really helpful even with little english but she really did a great job and she cal solved all my problem very easy. Thank you to Ms Sunny, i hope she get promote very soon

Stayed between 27 - 29 Nov. The staff are friendly. Only slight negative is that the room size is a bit small and the food. Watch out for the 2 robots....they kinda block the corridor to the lifts. Ha..ha.

To start with, the hotel was great. The breakfast buffet was amazing, the room was beautiful and clean. Aside from that, the staff really went above and beyond for my mother and I. She ended up falling while we were at a tea farm. She ended up breaking her collarbone and a couple of ribs. As soon as we got back to the hotel, the staff knew something was wrong and immediately came to help us. They booked flights home for us on the spot, managed to find a pretty good price with only one layover. They also helped me pack up our stuff, made sure nothing was left behind, and made sure that we got to the airport on time. It would have been a much more difficult night without their help. We got back from the hospital and were on a plane within three hours because of them. I can not thank them enough.

Had a great stay in the hotel. Clean and modern hotel. Good location to go everywhere. Friendly staff especially staff Sara. When we arrived the hotel, she came out and welcoming us. Helped us with the luggage and assisted us upon checking in to make sure our check in went smoothly. Besides this, because I'm a Accor member, get free upgrade. Really appreciated it. Highly recommended.

Stay for the Room not the Food

The Breakfast was Horrible. It says Egg station but the guy could make only fried eggs , I asked for Omelet, he says no. Definitely not staying here again. The day before I also stopped for lunch around 2 pm, the menu was limited .. and many things were not available. Room is fine, just horrible place for F&B.
