Wow such an Amazing Hotel!

From start to finish we had an amazing time at the Rixos Premium Belek, all the staff were so friendly and always happy to help. The room was cleaned perfectly every day, mini bar always stocked with drinks and snacks. The food in all restaurants was fresh and delicious, we particularly loved the food court, the asian restaurant and the greek restaurant. All drinks from cocktails to milkshakes were delicious, cocktails always had plenty of alcohol. We enjoyed the live band in the evenings at the beach bar and we always received the best service from Enver! We also spent quite a few evenings in the arcade playing bowling or pool which was great! The Irish bar was also fantastic and always had the football on, also in particular one lady behind the bar always remembered our drinks order and was so friendly- we forgot to get her name unfortunately😔 During the days there were lots of activities to join in with such as fishing, darts, football, beach volleyball and so on. We really enjoyed playing darts hosted by Emri and he was great, always entertaining and such a nice genuine person! If you don’t want to move when sunbathing you don’t have to as waiters are always coming round on roller skates and will bring you any drinks and snacks you want! There were even ladies coming around and asking if we wanted our sunglasses cleaned! We also loved that you could visit the Land of Legends as many times as you wanted during your stay and there were multiple coaches to take you there and back every day. Our agents on WhatsApp- Aleyna, Dilan, Handan, Kaan and Zhypar were always updating us of activities and things going on at the hotel, they answered all of my questions so quickly and were so friendly and helpful. Overall I can’t say anything negative about this place we had an amazing 10 nights here and we are already planning on returning next year. Thank you to all the staff at Rixos Premium Belek you all work so hard and are delivering an amazing experience to your guests! This is one of the best hotels we have ever visited! Nothing is too much trouble for the staff! On arrival you are given your own advisors who help you with everything you need. Thanks to Kaan, Alenyna, Dilan and Handan for all your help. Food is excellent and the cleanliness is exceptional! We went to all the a la carte restaurants and the food and service was amazing! The Greek restaurant was our personal favourite. It was our anniversary and our room was decorated with red heart shaped balloons and champagne and cake! All the bars are amazing and you are given snacks with your drinks; crisp, popcorn, nuts etc. The only thing I didn’t like was the depths of the pools, 140 cm with no or very little shallow end. I am a non swimmer and only short so this was too deep for me! This is the first holiday when I didn’t go in the pool as I usually go in the shallower end. All the staff in this hotel in this hotel deserve an hospitality award, greeting you with a smile and asking if you need help. Adman one of our waiters was brilliant! We didn’t want to leave and are missing it already 😢

Excellent resort, service, updates, things to do. It’s all there. What an amazing resort. It has something to do for all ages. It has daily updates on things to do, and the food is absolutely amazing. Great taste. We enjoyed our holiday very much.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. Everything exceeded our expectations. This hotel is one of the priciest in Antalya but you get exactly what you pay for and more at Rixos. We came with our 4 year old child and had the best time. One of the best features of the resort is the rixy kids club. Being able to lounge on a sunbed while keeping an eye out on our child was bliss. We also left our child very well cared for at the kids club a few times while we went to eat/relax/get massages. The food is phenomenal. Especially the a la carte restaurants. Don't miss the opportunity to visit the land of legends restaurants also. The buffets had endless choices, and people's restaurant was open 24/7. Our room was lovely, minibar was stocked every single day with all the drinks, snacks, etc. The hotel very kindly upgraded us to a sea view room, which was very nice of them. The only cons I can think of: 1. Our mattress was very soft and made out of foam, I experienced some back pain every morning getting out of bed. However after having read some reviews, they do have an option to add a hard mattress topper. I wish I would have asked them, so do make sure to ask if you're not comfortable. The staff are very accommodating and helpful. 2. The TOY SHOP! It's in the middle of the resort with toys placed strategically on the windows so everytime we walked past, my child and other children would be begging to go in there. A very small less than palm sized toy car is 50 dollars, minimum. A medium-small sized shark (not even electric) is 160 dollars. The prices are absolutely ridiculous and the whole time we were there I didn't see a single person buy anything from that shop. Instead we visited the bazaar and got a few toys from there. I understand making a profit, but those prices are just downright greedy and disgusting. For context, the shark that's 160 dollars is £22 in the UK (27 dollars). That's a 6x price increase. It's daylight robbery I'm afraid. Apart from that, we will definitely, 100% be back! Thankyou for an unforgettable holiday.

Everything was good. It was my second time and it did not dissapoint! The people, food, service, alacarte restaurants, spa & gym everything was nice. Big thanks to Aliia and Elena. Always did their best for us. Would absolutely recommend to come here. We were also lucky that the weather was amazing so we could enjoy the beach, sea, pools etc in april.
