Beautiful hotel with friendly, helpful staff. On arrival they upgraded us to a beautiful apartment (without a fee)!!! The spa area is clean and relaxing with pool and sauna!! Breakfast was excellent. Also ate at their restaurant (in bar) and it was excellent!! Highly recommend this hotel as a traveler who likes 5 star experiences!! Great location!!

Luxury that made me feel welcome and comfortable, without intimidating. Very friendly, not intrusive staff, creative but at the same time calm, artistic design. Thoughtful selection for breakfast, amazing spa area. Absolutely class of its own.

These days, a hotel worth the price you pay is no different from another. What then sets one hotel apart? The manner in which the hotel treats its guests. It’s human touch. Raffles Europejski Warsaw has abundance of this. I must commend all the ppl fm the Reception and Concierge including Magda, Michael, “Voitek”, our Butler “Franceska”, and a lass trainee who checked us in expediently and others whose names we do not have. Mr Bartek fm Concierge was outstanding. All the breakfast staff were excellent too, especially Jacob. The housekeeping and other hotel staff also did a very good job!!! Tq too to the Front office Manager Mr Arkadiusz Walfisz for his hospitality and professionalism.

Raffles Style. Neo-renaissance palace designed by Enrico Marconi in 1857. Beautifully and spectacularly renovated by Boris Kudlicka of WWAA Setting. Extraordinary hotel with a rich history, well managed by upmarket Raffles, and right on the Royal Route aka Krakowskie Przedmiescie Explore. Prime location near the Presidential Palace & ten minutes from old town Rooms. 106 high end rooms. Was here before and after my Krakow trip, a blissful place to rest and relax. Was in Room 212 & room 236. Rooms looked out into the courtyard, came with all the creature comfort’s including plush slippers, marble bathrooms, 212 had Warsaw’s skyline (of the Palace of Culture and Science) etched onto the walls. Blaise Mautin toiletries. @ the hotel. Spa. Eat. Drink. Do an art tour with the Art Concierge to see the 500 pieces of contemporary art. Food & drinks. I didn’t go to Europejski Grill as went to the excellent mind-blowing & epic Epoka instead (chef cooks with centuries old Polish recipes), which is in the same building. Managed to checkout the gorgeous Long Bar too Prices. $380 on weekends and $350 for week days Rating. 5/5

Exceptional Stay with the Best Warsaw Cocktail

I recently stayed here and it was an amazing experience. The service was incredible, with staff going out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay. A standout moment was trying the signature "Warsaw Sling" cocktail at the hotel's bar - I highly recommend it. The luxurious rooms and attentive room service added to the experience, making it a memorable visit. This hotel is a must-stay in Warsaw for its outstanding service.
