Unhappy stay in Swissotel

Unless you pay for the hotel stays, Accor will not credit the night stays, unlike Marriott or IHG. The airconditioning is not working properly and the room temperature can be very warm even at full blast of the airconditioning. Pillows are really soft and hard pillows are still soft

We had a very good stay in your hotel & i am so satisfied w/ how you welcome us..there are minor incidents & I don’t know who to blame, i just hope this won’t happen again..anyways, i still would like to stay again there for my future trip to shanghai

Well place location for travelling around Shanghai via metro Full facilities available Clean rooms. Staff are friendly Surrounding amenities and shops aplenty with many options for local delights Good for personal or bus8ness travellers.

Worst Shanghai stay experience.

There is no decaf coffee at the lounge or the cafe area or any options for diets. Overall the staffs seems lost when dealing with foreigners or anyone with an Accor membership. The overall stay experiences are worst off than mecure and pullman hotels in Shanghai or even local chinese chains. Paid a Swissotel price but got a normal chinese hotel experience.

Excellent marvellous prime location staffs very nice very helpful. Rooms are amazing. Easy access to metro line 2 from Pudong to hotel. 10mins walk to wantai or Nanjing lu. Many malls and convenient store near by. Breakfast also very good. Vegetarian friendly
