We had a super positive meeting and our host Aleksandra was extremely helpful and attentive., thanks 🙏 The facility is perfect for our group and the hotel is well located not far from the M1 allowing easy access for our regional team. This is a third visit to this location .

A big shout out to Coral, who is always welcoming, friendly and approachable when I go for a swim, she always takes time out to make you feel very welcome. She's always cleaning and looking after the place well. Just wishing they would employ a qualifed aqua instructor for the classes!

The association of pet behaviour counsellors just held their 35 th anniversary conference at the hotel. Excellent facilities. As the conference organiser I would like to give a shout out to Alex, Ian, Stacey and Sean who really pulled the stops out to make the conference a huge success. The only point I would make is I feel that the hotel was understaffed and communication was sometimes difficult for an event this size. Hopefully lessons will be learnt and I look forward to our next event.

Fantastic bar staff (Kira)

Shout out to Kira in the hotel bar who did a fantastic job coping with a very busy (and at times chaotic) Saturday night. She seemed to be the only one keeping things under control by taking orders, pouring drinks and sorting payment. Thank you Kira, you should get a raise!

Only one night but very pleasant stay and staff were both friendly and courteous. Good location close to main roads and easy walk to local nature park and shops. Hotel is large and rooms are clean and spacious. Reception staff were very helpful.
