Start with the positives: the ladies on reception and the housekeeping team are lovely. Good location. Bed comfy. Pool area was a good size but no sunbeds. Negatives: room small (I was by myself so no major issue for me but it would be a problem as a couple) the bathroom was very small. I know it's a budget hotel but the fact the toilet roll is in a holder like you get in a public bathroom really made the place seem cheap (the toilet roll was also slightly like sand paper). The fact in this day and age there are no plug sockets near the bed seems a bit strange. Theyve updated and added usb ports by the mirror but that's not good for charging over night if you need your phone near you. I booked quite far in advance and I know Singapore is expensive but did not feel value for money..

Excellent location. Room was small but perfect for our one night stay in Singapore. Very clean. Loved the roof pool. shame we didn't get a chance to use it while we were there. Breakfast in a cafe next door. The man on the reception, didn't seem to know where the location of the hotel was on the map and his colleague sent us in completely the wrong direction to where we wanted to go.

Tiny Room with no windows.

Negatives: The room had no windows, no wardrobe, the safe was broken & you literally couldn’t swing a cat around it was that small. Positives: Great location walking distance to Clarke Quay. To sum up - wouldn’t stay there again even if it was free, much better alternatives for slightly more money. Do yourself a favour and stay elsewhere.

Our Standard Rooms are not equipped with windows, if you wish to have that feature, please select one of our other room types. Small, but works for people on a budget, great location.

The room was very little, and the bathroom was too small. It was not enough food for me at the breakfast, but the food was ok. The location was perfect for a stay in the capitol. The fitness center was almost non existent, but the pool was ok. The staff here was not polite.
