Foi só de passagem, uma noite, durante uma conexão, em razão da proximidade com o aeroporto. Mas, apesar do pouco tempo, foi possível constatar o excelente atendimento na recepção e a ótima estrutura das instalações, inclusive do quarto, espaçoso. Há um restaurante, que não tivemos tempo de conhecer, mas que tinha um cheiro muito bom.

Tive uma boa experiência no Ibis Confins. Após atraso no voo, precisei me hospedar perto do aeroporto de Confins. Na saída do aeroporto, o motorista do Íbis, gentilmente, aceitou me levar ao Hotel pra pernoitar. Já era quase meia noite. Ao chegar no Hotel, achei lindo o Hall. Fui bem atendida na recepção e conseguiram uma suíte pra mim. Houve um equívoco na entrega da chave, pois a funcionária da recepção me entregou a chave de um quarto já ocupado. Resolvido o equívoco, a noite de sono foi boa e silenciosa. Bom quarto e café da manhã completo. Usei o transferir incluso pra ir ao aeroporto pegar meu voo. Enfim, recomendo e me hospedaria novamente no Ibis Confins.

Ficamos no quarto que a companhia aérea ofereceu por conta do voo ter sido cancelado. Não arrumaram um colchão sequer para que meu filho dormisse no quarto comigo e meu marido. Sugeriram que ele dormisse com meu enteado no outro quarto. O ar condicionado não funciona, não gela. O quarto sujo, o banheiro sujo, a toalha fedida. O atendente não ajudou em nada na nossa condição de estar com filho pequeno. Meu marido vai ter que dormir com meu enteado e eu com meu filho no outro quarto. Pra esse hotel ser ruim ele tem q melhorar muito. De longe o pior hotel que já hospedamos.

Agradecemos sua avaliação e pedimos desculpas por não ter atendido, mas a companhia aérea é ciente dos formatos dos nossos quartos e que não há colchão avulso.

Solid choice for a stay near Belo Horizonte Airport (CNF)

The Ibis Styles Confins is a very good choice for a hotel near CNF airport. No surprises--this is a typical Ibis Styles...functional, reliable, and a good value. The hotel was clean, the room was comfortable and quiet, the breakfast buffet was good (and started at 4 am for those with early flights), and the shuttle was generally reliable to and from the airport. The staff was friendly and efficient. The fitness room was small but useful and is open 24/7. Main pluses: Proximity to the airport; clean and quiet rooms Main drawback: There is not much actually near the hotel and not recommended if your intent is to visit attractions in Belo Horizonte since it is at least 20 km from the city. A bit of a caveat though about the shuttle. One of the drivers who typically works in the afternoon sometimes skips a run (based on the schedule prominently posted in the hotel lobby) and will have you wait at or near the van at the airport while he chats with other van drivers. Thus, a maximum 20 minute wait can become a 40 minute wait. This reflects poorly on the hotel even though I think he is actually a contracted employee, but this individual certainly was the exception and not the rule from the staff at the hotel. Bottom line: I would stay at this hotel again if I have flights into or out of CNF.

I chose this hotel because it is close to the Belo Horizonte airport and right next to the car rental company I chose. Very correct hotel. room 706 where I slept properly. Breakfast included,. I paid only 46 euros for 2 nights, incredible.
