المخدة الاضافية والبطانية المفترض تكون معقمة ومغلفة داخل كيس... الشامبو وسائل الاستحمام والصابون المفترض يكون من شركة واحدة وليس من عدة شركات.. وشكرا

المنتجع جميل لكن كل الخدمات ناقصه والفيلا ناقصه لايوجد ماء ولا ملاعق ولا شوك تم طلب سرير اطفال ولم يتم توفيره الفطور ياتي متاخرا رغم اتصالنا فيهم

تجربة موفنبيك النورس تجربة فريدة في مدينة جدة وهيا اكثرهم تميزا بسبب الاطلالة الجميلة للبحر والهواء العليل و خصوصية المسبح ورحابة الفيلا ولكن حقا يجب اعادة النظر في الاسعار لانها عالية جدا مما يمنع الزائز في العودة مجددا في الوقت القريب وايضا يجب اعادة النظر في مستوى وجودة الطعام المقدم في خدمة الغرف.

المكان ممتاز ولكن - الخدمة بطيئة بشكل عام - مشكلات في نظام التكييف - عدم وجود نظام رادع للجيران المزعجين الذين يحضرون مكبرات صوت ويشغلون اغاني صاخبة وشكوت للإدارة في حينه - الوجبات اسعارها مرتفعة وليست متوافقة مع جودة المكان في معظمها - هناك قصور واضح في خدمات سيارات الجولف من مدخل المنتجع وحتى الوصول الى الكابينة - وعندما تكون الكابينة بعيدة وهناك عوائل واطفال تصبح المسألة مزعجة.

التجديد مطلوب و عمل الصيانه اللازمه - مغسلة المطبخ بحاجة إلى تجديد - منطقة المسبح غير مضاءه بشكل كافي و يوجد لمبه لا تعمل - الكنب بحاجة إلى تجديد

الايجابيات : الموقع ، قرب جميع الخدمات ، و الاطلالة على البحر مباشرة السلبيات : ارضيات الفيلا لا يتم مسحها ، مياه المسبح لم تغير منذ مدة لانها غير صافية ، تحتاج للاتصال اكثر من مرة حتى يرد عليك احدهم مع بطء غير طبيعي في التنفيذ، الجيم مقفل معظم الوقت وكذلك المطعم بحجة الصيانة مع ان حجزي كان شاملا لوجبة الافطار ايضا احدى الغرف تعطل تكييفها في اخر يوم لي بعد الساعة ٢ فجرا.

الفندق مستهلك. المطبخ والحمام في وضع سيء. المطبخ كان مكسور، غير نظيف.
