I was not happy with this hotel, I usually book accor hotels only . Service issue , Ants problems , location of hotel not ideal . Noise issues from other rooms Good part was the view from swimming pool. They don’t acknowledge accorplus members like other hotels does .

Great safe location, but in-hotel dining could be better

Biggest plus-point was the proximity to MAYA mall and One Nimman mall (10-minute walk). Felt very safe for females travelling alone. Comfortable rooms with multiple USB charging points so Thai chargers are not required. Easy to order taxis as well as GrabFood to the hotel. Limited choices in terms of vegetarian food, less pricey options can be found within walking distance.

Good Staff service at front. Great gym and location.

Good Service from Front staff who check in and provide hotel facilities for us. She always smile and greeting us when walk pass the hotel lobby. There are free shuttle to Maya mall which very good for me to shopping at Nimman road. Also taxi or grab she can service to me as per request. The location near Nimman and CMU so, i can order local food drop at front desk. It is so easy. The room was not big size but facilities like pool and gym was ok. I enjoy with 24hrs. gym.

The ideal location for hosting Company Retreat and Tour Group

The hotel is perfect for company retreats or tour groups. It is located close to the Maya Shopping Mall and not far from the famous Night Market. With exceptional amenities, guests may require advanced transportation arrangements to facilitate their movement.

A stay i would like to forget about

Good things first..staff are very courteous which is the only saving grace. Location is not good as it is not in the main road and one needs to walk out. Rooms are very small like in Japan. I wonder why on earth in a place like Chinagmai, the rooms must be so small. New concept of open bathroom is terrible with just a frame separating the beds from washbasin and the toilet. The space between the bed and the frame is so less once has to squeeze themselves through. Dont take a room at the ground floor during monsoon as the frogs can give you sleepless nights. Electronic controls are so badly designed for aircon. Breakfast is not worth the money. Please dont take the room with breakfast if you can eat outside. Vegetarians will have a tough time for choice. Room rates are much less at the hotel compared to on-line. So try not to book the rooms online. Call the hotel and make a reservation. I have booked my rest of the trip in Thailand also on Novotel. I am scared and keeping my fingers crossed. Just to add, the ALL members do not get any discount in this hotel Miss Bye at the reception made up for all the troubles. She and he colleagues at the reception really went out of the way to help in organising the local tour and was very helpful. last but not the least, the way to the breakfast hall is slippery during monsoon. Be careful if you have elders
