Jeremy was very helpful and super friendly. We speak very very little Spanish and he really tried hard to help and support us with ordering our drinks. We asked him questions about what to do in Santiago and recommendations. His friendly and helpful nature is a real credit to the hotel and we stayed longer to have more drinks and food as he was so helpful. We also have great recommendations of what to do tomorrow. Jeremy really is fantastic and has fantastic customer service.

The hotel staff have been courteous and helpful. In restaurant I have excellent experience from all in general and Ricardo and Francisco in particular. They also conversed on English and also empathetic. The hospitality has been extremely cordial and friendly. Also the staff who visit for cleaning also very courteous. Overall its a pleasant experience.

Enjoyed the happy hour specials!

We stayed here two nights and really enjoyed it. Great location - easy to Uber around the city. Lovely, friendly staff. Nice rooms and bathrooms, very comfortable beds. Nice pool area. Great happy hour specials. Pretty good food in the restaurant - would have maybe liked a few more choices. Our air conditioning didn't work terribly well in our rooms. Beautiful view of the Andes Mountains. Would happily stay here again!

The service and food were wonderful! Everything was fresh and flavorful. The environment is welcoming, casual, and impeccably clean. The staff were very attentive. Antonia and Francesca, in particular, were very friendly and helpful!

Avoid Novotel, Las Condes - Flies around food, stolen wallet from housekeeper

I stayed at the Novotel, Las Condes during my vacation Monday, November 1 through Monday, November 6, 2023. Based on my stay, these are my recommendations. 1. Avoid the food that's left out. The flies are terrible. I picked up the tongs to get a brownie and a swarm of flies flew from it. 2. Leave your valuables at home, use the safe or keep them with you. The housekeeper stole my wallet from my suitcase. On the first night, I removed my primary credit card, driver's license and passport and stored my wallet in my suitcase, knowing I wouldn't need it. When I returned to California and looked for it, I noticed it was no longer there. I emailed the hotel and they responded that it was found by the housekeeper and said I "forgot it." I took photos and a video of the room before I left so I knew it was a lie. After I shared that via email the hotel staff stopped responding to my messages knowing that I was no longer in the country. Thankfully I did take my passport out so I could get home. The hotel is nice, the room was spacious and the staff was friendly and communicated well despite language barriers. There's also 24-hour security outside the hotel, which made me feel more safe.

That said, note that they have sent you the delivery procedure for lost and found items. I am at your disposal to coordinate with the person you indicate the delivery of your forgotten wallet.
