The hospitality of Novotel Las Condes is unmatched in Santiago! Out of the 50+ events that I've hosted in Chile, this was by far the smoothest and most professional because of the Novotel team. Vanessa coordinated everything: the layout, food service, staff, and drinks. It was seamless and executed with precision. Ricardo, Jazmin, and Myriam were helpful, patient, and kind. Ricardo really went above and beyond to help guests feel comfortable by speaking with them in Spanish and English. We were complimented on the food variety and flavor multiple times. The space was stunning, spacious, stylish, and impeccably clean. The girls could even stay a while after the event and enjoy the hotel bar. Everyone we interacted with was warm and welcoming and seemed genuinely eager to help us have the best experience possible.

Jeremmy was friendly and helpful, offering fantastic service and going above and beyond to make our dining experience the best of our trip so far. He taught us some of the language, and even gave us recommendations for sights to see in Santiago. His kindness and professionalism made our night.

Jeremy was very helpful and super friendly. We speak very very little Spanish and he really tried hard to help and support us with ordering our drinks. We asked him questions about what to do in Santiago and recommendations. His friendly and helpful nature is a real credit to the hotel and we stayed longer to have more drinks and food as he was so helpful. We also have great recommendations of what to do tomorrow. Jeremy really is fantastic and has fantastic customer service.

The hotel staff have been courteous and helpful. In restaurant I have excellent experience from all in general and Ricardo and Francisco in particular. They also conversed on English and also empathetic. The hospitality has been extremely cordial and friendly. Also the staff who visit for cleaning also very courteous. Overall its a pleasant experience.

We stayed here two nights and really enjoyed it. Great location - easy to Uber around the city. Lovely, friendly staff. Nice rooms and bathrooms, very comfortable beds. Nice pool area. Great happy hour specials. Pretty good food in the restaurant - would have maybe liked a few more choices. Our air conditioning didn't work terribly well in our rooms. Beautiful view of the Andes Mountains. Would happily stay here again!
