Brilliant staff on reception. Basic hotel but clean and great value for money.

We had some issue when we arrived and the lovely girl on reception couldn’t have been more helpful. Great customer service. Thank you :-) The room was small but adequate and lovely and clean, close to shops and a Chinese buffet restaurant, which was hard to get to by foot. The area didn’t look the greatest but we were on a short visit so it didn’t really make much difference to us.

DON'T STAY HERE!

The hotel looked quite new, however there was rubbish outside the hotel in the parking areas, the stairs to the rooms were really grubby and the floor in our room definitely hadn't been cleaned. One bed was against the wall, the other bed was about a foot away and there was one chair jammed against the wall next to the 2nd bed. There was literally nowhere to move let alone store anything. There was a charge for towels - luckily we had our own, but we didn't bother with the shower as it was just too small! The receptionist on arrival was pleasant, but the one on our departure could hardly be bothered to take our room key off us. We made sure after staying here that we would never book an F 1 again!

We been to other Premiere Classe Hotel and we are not expecting much just a cleaned place to sleep and rest as a stop over after a long drive. But this specific branch disappointment amongst all Premiere Classe hotel in France The room smells off Stains everywhere Punch hole in the wall Curtain has holes in them Toilet walls are not clean either Bedsheets are old and the bed is itchy. The worst part was the carpet floors is so filthy cant afford to walk barefoot on it. The only thing good was the wifi and the reception staff.

Pre booked for our long journey - AWFUL - had to swap one of our rooms as it was so smelly with cigarette smoke. The two rooms we got were smelly, filthy carpets, dirty walls, cigarette burns in the bed linen, we both rolled into the middle of the horrid bed - awful bathroom, shower doors missing, sink cracked, dirty toilet, the breakfast was very basic compared to others in the premiere group - the coffee machine was faulty and we had to ask the staff to refill the buffet as there were no croissants left. SMELLY - FILTHY - DIRTY - I cannot believe you took our money for this awful experience - tried to look at reviews via google and the only info we kept getting was informing to meet at hotel and attend mosque 18 minutes away? Horrid Horrid Place

If there was a 0 rating this would have been our first choice. We cannot begin to describe the poor state of our 'no-smoking' room. It reeked of cigarette smoke despite the clearly ignored 'warning' signs for transgressions of this rule. The room had a badly stained and marked carpet; dirty walls; cigarette burn marks on the bed cover and mould in the bathroom above the shower; we decided that it was not the place to stay. The lady on the front desk could not provide us with another room (despite there apparently being some available online). We left, and since then, have written two sets of emails complaining and asking for a refund and have heard nothing. We will be ignoring the poorly named Premiere Classe hotels in the future.
