Good location, friendly staff, comfortable beds, great shower. I was surprised at the price we paid there was no air-conditioning, and the furniture was very tired with chips and stains. If you have a car, you need to take your chances finding a spot in their very small underground carpark on arrival because there is nowhere to pull up out the front. They have another carpark at the back, but you need to phone them to get access.

False advertising

Very far from “luxury accommodation”. Yes, the views and the location are great but the suite itself is very disappointing. The furniture is tired, dated, unclean. There is no ventilation in the bedrooms, they felt stuffy. The size was good for our family and the kitchen was suitably stocked with utensils to cook a basic meal but unfortunately the negatives massively outweigh the positives overall. Certainly not worth the money spent on this. It’s a real shame because it has so much potential.

Disappointing!

You are paying an exorbitant price for the view only. Extra charges for parking. Rooms, sofas, blankets, carpets are mouldy, dirty, smelly and there is no ventilation in the bathrooms. There are better value accommodation with great views too.

The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable, the view of the lake with the sitting area was nice to enjoy. The location was also perfect. There was no bench or table on which to put our suitcases, nor a dresser, although there was plenty of room for one, so we had to rummage through them on the floor to get our belongings, which was annoying. We also had to lug our large heavy duffel bags up a flight of stairs to get to reception, then down when we left as there is no valet. You also had to take two separate elevators and walk across the courtyard or car garage to connect from one to the other with your bags which was odd. We learned when we got there that the site is an apartment complex with a hotel in the back, so there is no regular hotel lobby. It's OK for one night, which is how long we were there, but I wouldn't recommend any longer stay.

Amazing Caring Receptionist!

On arrival late Thursday 28th March, we found we had booked the wrong room by mistake, for our much-needed Easter weekend away. We didn't even unpack and went outside to walk and talk and it was quite emotional and i was very upset (lots of tears) but as everything was fully booked out, I decided that the room was ok and we would still enjoy ourselves and have our break away from work. Calming down and accepting the holiday as it was, we arrived back at the reception to have LENA, the wonderful receptionist stop us on entry to inform us that she had discussed with her manager what could be done and had come up with a solution. She then personally escorted us to our new amazing room that totally met our original expectations and more so. I could not believe it and cried all over again! It was so refreshing to know that in our busy commercial world, that human kindness is still there and her name is LENA. Thank you so much for everything to make our Easter 2024 so special.
