Great stay for Golden Slipper Weekend

Great location, easy to get to and get around. Our room needed it's washing machine replaced. Rooms need some improvement but stay was great. The staff were very helpful. Bus stop virtually outside which got us to the Rosehill racecourse in 10 minutes. Two minute walk to Westfields shopping centre, major train and bus hub.

The moment we walked through the front doors we were made very welcome the reception team were 1st class and very very helpful. The restaurant and breakfast crew were excellent to again nothing was to much trouble for them. The room was very comfortable and a decent size. The only very very small let down was the bathroom it needs a bit of TLC big crack in the tiles Overall a very very happy stay Great location for the railway station

Thankful for having a room available at short notice and requested a favor to leave something at he reception that my daughter will pick up upon my departure. Luggage can be left in the storage room securely after check out and be picked up later on.

Terrible hotel. Rooms are in old condition. Expensive for what it is.

My room was not made for my entire stay. Was only told on check-out that I had to request for it during my stay as it was a discounted room. This was not told to me during check-in. This is the first time ever being told of a service offered as such. Ridiculous! I left my charger in the room at checkout. It was an expensive one. I called up the hotel many times but they did not pick up. I went to the hotel and asked them they said ‘we are very busy’. Housekeeping had left for the day at 2pm (ever heard of that) so no keys to the lost and found. Said they would get back to me next day. And surprise! Surprise! The charger was not to be found. Housekeeping claimed they saw nothing in the room. Well my bad.

Great location. Clean and Tidy. Friendly Staff.

Clean and tidy accommodation in a 2 bedroom unit. Checking in and out was quick and easy. We were able to leave our vehicle securely parked after checking out whilst we had breakfast at a local cafe. Good value for money. Easy access to public transport.
